nice end to our family vacation
Pros:

Location, it was just off the interstate, very easy to get to.

Cons:

We only stayed one night, there was nothing we didnt like about the facility

Meet welcoming friendly staff who are always greeting with a smile and supportive.
Pros:

Very quiet, ease to get room and move in. Very pleasant staff. Asked for extended stay and they accommodated. Also, while leaving, notice there was a corvette convention with many cars parked from many out of state locations.

Consistent Holiday Inn quality - somewhat more expensive
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Pretty close to a variety of restaurants. The lobby is really nice and has plenty of seating with tables, fireplace and tv.

Cons:

This hotel was pretty expensive. Almost $400 for the night. I did have my dogs and paid the pet fee. However, I do so at other Holiday Inns and have never paid this much for a room. The hotel was sold out, when we arrived so I'm thankful I had booked ahead.

Pros:

The head of housekeeping, Dottie was very helpful to us and deserves major kudos.

Cons:

When we first arrived the room across from us(510) had a happy dog the continually barked. We asked front desk to move rooms which they did.

Easy on and off the highway and always a good night’s sleep.
Pros:

The beds are very comfortable, it’s dog friendly and includes breakfast. Staff is always pleasant. This is our 3rd or 4th stay.

Location and comfortable feel

Cons:

The executive room had a leak on floor behind couch, the closet was damp musty smell, there wasn’t many items like extra towels, paper towels, tissues, coffee and cups etc like many of them have at other facilities. The pull out couch bed needs replaced and there were no extra sheets or blankets to use for it or in case they were needed.

A good choice for a short business stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff was extra friendly and helpful. Turkey meat items available (I don't eat pork). Very close to highway. Exercise room was well-equipped.

Cons:

Reception staff could have been friendlier. Property seems a little dated.
