Great location + we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom beautiful apartment on the 17th Floor. Apartment was provided with good quality crockery, cutlery etc and tastefully decorated.

Cons:

Found it a little difficult to work out the parking!! Our issue 🤣

It was a very average level for the money we paid for a premium location in Broadbeach.
Pros:

Location and size were good

Cons:

There was severe construction noise from neighbouring buildings from very early in the morning that affected our level of comfort and sleep. Average ammenities and appartment maintained to average level for the money we were paying.

Excellent location and amenities, but affected by street noise and dated decor.
Pros:

Fantastic location steps from the beach, Surf Parade restaurants, and the Oasis shopping mall. The well-equipped kitchen and in-room laundry were excellent bonuses.

Cons:

Noticeable traffic and construction noise due to poor window insulation. The interior decor also felt a bit dated.

Great location, nice apartment
Pros:

The building is in a great location and we loved the views from the apartment, the pool and sauna were fantastic.

Cons:

Providing one towel per person and meagre soap, toilet paper and body wash supplies for a 5 night stay was very stingy. A note said charges apply for extra supplies!

Cons:

Beds uncomfortable, mattresses and pillows uncomfortable. Some safety issues in room. Having to stand on a chair to work the dryer. Paper holding up microwave so you could open the door. Floor didn't appear to have been vacummed. Noise from surrounding construction sites made it unpleasant. I understand this is not ARIA's fault.
