Guten Tag,

wir haben vom 30. auf den 31. Oktober in Ihrem Hotel in Düsseldorf übernachtet, im zweiten Stock, Zimmer 202.

Leider kann ich Ihnen keine positive Bewertung hinterlassen, da es die ganze Nacht über unglaublich laut war.

Die Eingangstür zum Flur ist aus Metall und verfügt über keinerlei Dämpfung, sodass sie jedes Mal extrem laut zufällt. Dazu kommt, dass Ihr Hotel sehr hellhörig ist. Man hört wirklich alles, egal ob jemand über einem, neben einem oder auf dem Flur spricht.

Die ganze Nacht über sind Menschen auf den Fluren herumgerannt, haben Lärm gemacht und Türen zugeschlagen. Das ging bis ungefähr vier Uhr morgens! Ich konnte praktisch die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen. Selbst Ohrstöpsel haben kaum geholfen.

Besonders ärgerlich war das für uns, weil wir am nächsten Morgen an einer wichtigen Tagung teilnehmen mussten und bereits um sieben Uhr aufstehen mussten.

Am Morgen ist meine Freundin deshalb persönlich zur Rezeption gegangen und hat die Situation geschildert.

Daraufhin bekam sie folgende Antwort, ich zitiere sinngemäß:

„Normalerweise haben wir einen Sicherheitsmitarbeiter, der darauf achtet, dass es nachts ruhig bleibt. Aus irgendeinem Grund war er diese Nacht aber nicht da.“

Da stellt sich mir die Frage: Warum war Ihr Sicherheitsmitarbeiter in dieser Nacht nicht da? Und warum wurde dann nicht anderweitig dafür gesorgt, dass nach 22 Uhr Nachtruhe herrscht?

Als Entschädigung wurde uns dann ein Kaffee angeboten, was keine ernsthafte Lösung ist.

Wir haben für eine Übernachtung bezahlt und konnten aufgrund der Lautstärke praktisch nicht schlafen. Deshalb bitte ich Sie, unsere Beschwerde ernst zu nehmen, die Situation zu prüfen und uns eine angemessene Lösung anzubieten.

Pros:

C est le 3eme a&o que je fais ( weimar, berlin kolombus avant) il est grand de beaux espaces de détente, parking sous terrain , proximité des transports en commun

Hi tornaría sens dubte!
Pros:

Habitació 2 llits i 2 literes molt correcte, lavabo tamany petit però complert. Les instal•lacions interessants i molt ben situat i fàcil d'arribar a la estació central.

Cons:

Jo anava sola i sense problema però potser no a tothom li agradaria el tema dels dos llits junts
