Pros:

Location - close to main tourist restaurant and retail shop streets, but far enough away to have quiet setting. Very good pedestrian and biking infrastructure and close to tram stop. Modern and refreshed vibe.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Nice!
Pros:

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the center of the city, making it incredibly easy to walk to the beach and major attractions. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The room was clean, beautifully decorated and with a lovely small balcony. Great value for money during the Nice Carnival, including good continental breakfast.

Cons:

Because the hotel is in such a vibrant, central location, you can expect some typical city center street noise. It is entirely normal for downtown Nice especially during Carnival, but if you are a light sleeper, having earplugs handy will ensure you get a perfectly peaceful night's rest.

We loved the location, which was centralized to everything.

Cons:

We would have like a good air conditioner. But with the windows open at night there was a nice breeze. You just heard the community outside.

Really beautiful hotel close to absolutely everything with such wonderful staff. I stayed one night and had a small room that was perfect. Very stylish and amazing jazz artwork all around the hotel.
