Wasn’t up to my expectations especially with the loud banging most of the day from the renovations
Pros:

The location was ok and my room being cleaned every day was great.
The staff were very accommodating to my needs.

Cons:

The renovations next door were so loud that is was unbearable
.
The restaurant manager was quite rude when l needed to borrow a spoon to eat my yoghurt.
The rooms fogged up if you turned the air conditioning off and the climate was in quite hard to control.

Pros:

The property was directly on the beach. The rooms were clean.

Cons:

This is an old hotel. There is an apparently abandoned construction project next door that blocks it from sight/making it hard for taxis,etc. to find.

Nice hotel, renovated rooms are very nice and comfortable. Good food at the restaurant 👌🏾

Cons:

The reception staff could be a bit more friendly. A warm welcome and a genuine smile would make a big difference to the guest experience. Most of the team seemed very serious and didn’t come across as particularly welcoming. The only exception was the lady on the morning shift, I believe her name was Arfiya. She greeted guests with a smile and wished everyone a good morning, which was truly appreciated.

The food at the restaurant was very good, and the location is excellent. The only downside was that the music was a bit too loud, making it difficult to have a conversation at the table. I also felt that the staff could be more welcoming. A warm greeting and service with a genuine smile would make the dining experience much more enjoyable.
