Conveniently located from Okayama station; great access to rest of city.
Pros:

Grateful for the assistance I received with switching rooms when I had accidentally booked a smoking room instead of a non-smoking one. The staff were patient and helpful in accommodating my switch.

Lovely old style Hotel with indoor pool
Pros:

Loved this old-style hotel next to the Okayama station. Rain-covered walkways up to your train! Vast lobby with a lovely cafe. Great indoot pool with very kind staff. We dined at the Teppen-yaki restaurant on the top floor. The Kobe beef was top of the class, and so was the chef: what a pleasant meal. Not cheap but worth it. The room was vast and the beds super comfy. Recommended!
