Not what we expected
Pros:

The location was right where we needed to be. Literally a 1min walk into the CBD.
Toiletries were a nice touch.

Cons:

The apartment was not cleaned to our standards, the walls had black hand and finger prints all over them, especially in the bedroom by the bedside tables including the all the light switches.
The table had a glass top that was not stable and the chairs were dirty on the legs and the backing.
The bathroom had previous guests hair buildup in the corner.
Guests below us partied all night and the smell of cigarettes and alcohol entered our room from the balcony.
We got lost so many times trying to find our room or just to leave the complex.

Pros:

Nothing I was told we had a washing machine there was not.

There is no staff around
There is no pool
There is no fresh towels daily
There no parking if u have a room u should b able to get discounted parking
The floor of bathroom is so dangerous n slippery
Also the bayh to get in n out us way to deep should have a step there n handles.
Heating of the room is shit took that little heater all night to warm up the room
Having to memorize codes for doors is also dumb especially if u cant walk fast enuff the doors close on you n you have to try again its very inconvenient.

Cons:

Everything will never stay there again n will not recommend to any one

Pros:

Easy location to walk to everywhere! Beds were super comfortable. Staff were amazing and accomodating to give us early access

Cons:

The only thing was the two chairs in the lounge! Quite old and uncofortable though the wide arms were super comfy!

We had a very comfortable stay in a well situated apartment.
Pros:

It spacious, very well situated and comfortable.
Having the balconies for the view was a bonus.

Visited Wellington to catch the All Blacks, easy walk back from the stadium.
Pros:

Wonderful room with a great view, easy to get to and good parking, very well equipped room, comfortable bed and heated floors in the bathroom was a bonus, very impressed!

The cleanliness was very poor, didn't have a broom or vacuum, raging party in the nearby apartment nextdoor & the false advertisement & mix up of the rooms.
