The lifts stopped working in the middle of the night. We had to alert a customer service person on call. There was no staff on site so some people got locked off the floor for two hours - found by us.
The check in was unnecessarily complicated with multiple codes. Bathroom fan didn't work. Pictures of apartments not inaccurate - much smaller. Furniture tired.

No help when needed. Be aware when booking there is no reception or anyone to help you should issues arise. Sounds like it’s managed from overseas. Great responses, just no local follow through. Had a dishwasher problem but was never fixed during my stay. I didn’t need to use it though so it didn’t bother me (photos attached)
