Not worth the money unfortunately...
Pros:

The location of the hotel is fantastic with direct access to the beach and shops etc and the lobby is quite nice.

Cons:

So for the amount we paid we expected a lot more...The rooms are quite outdated and need modernisation. The room smelt of damp. We had 5 seperate rooms and they all had funny smells. The decor of the hotel is very RED in the corridors. We had to pay €30 euros each for breakfast which was mediocre and very slow service (we waited over an hour for 1 cappucinno and we had to chase the waiter down to see where it was). We ordered room service one night and waited an hour and a half before we rang reception to see where our food was as it hadn't arrived and after muliple attempts no-one answered so one of our group went down to reception themselves to ask and they were told "why didn't you ring us" to which he said we did! Also one night (the night of the Barca v Real Madrid game) we couldn't get a taxi from outside as there weren't any so one of our party went back inside and asked at the desk if someome could get us a taxi/transport to which the reply was "no, wait outside".
The overall impression of the hotel was not great and for what we paid for 5 rooms should have been better service. We will definately return to Barcelona but will not stay at this hotel again sadly as there are better hotels who appreciate guests and have a better level of service.

Horrible experience with staff and hotel. Hotel bedding was dirty, room taps were not working, bathrooms smell of thick heavy bleach. The hotel is not 5 star service. Had requested for my room to be made with front desk and they forgot about it. Have been trying to contact the front desk and receiving no response.

Zuerst schlecht dann ganz in Ordnung!

Am zweiten Tag bekamen wir ein Zimmer das den 5 Sternen entspricht!

Cons:

Am ersten Tag bekamen wir ein Zimmer das keine 3 Sterne bekommen sollte! Argument war, das das Hotel voll sei!
Die Türe zum WC war schwer zu öffnen und schließen! Ein Licht an der Decke war kaputt! Die Klimaanlage funktionierte in der Nacht nicht!
