Access to the WET Deck:
- children under 16 are permitted in the pool until 18:00. They must be accompanied by an adult at all times when on the WET Deck.

The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon check-in at the hotel and must be valid for the entire stay. The lead guest name must coincide with the cardholder name.

Access to NOXE Restaurant: Children under 18 are permitted until 23:00 and must be accompanied by an adult.
Access to NOXE Cocktail Bar: Children from 12 are permitted until 21:00 and must be accompanied by an adult.

Pros:

Alessandro manager helpful and the breakfast was great.

Cons:

Certain services on arrival and spa.

I could not retrieve me lost items after sending my assistant. My Apple AirPods I could track and they would not allow me to retrieve. Now they are lost in the system

Great location and brakfast but service at the desk is not efficient
Pros:

Swimming pool and service at the pool was excellent

Cons:

1h30 queue time at our arrival - rooms were not ready at 17h30.
Rooms on different floors and we were on the 6th where we had a lot of noise till 2 AM from guests that left the Hotel ( Noxe ). Checking out took also a lot of time

Pros:

La chambre était grande et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était très bien. Le personnel était souriant et sympathique.

Cons:

Le mauvais emplacement de la chambre dû aux travaux. Chambre à deux lits au lieu d'un lit conjugal.
Le service de chambre n'a pas été fait un jour à 18h30.

Cons:

-Hotel im Umbau, daher nur untere Etagen beziehbar, schade. Wurde uns erst kurz vor Reiseantritt mitgeteilt.
-Eingangsbereich / Empfangshalle beim ersten Eindruck nicht einladend, aber das ist persönliche Geschmackssache
