L’accueil était bon, dommage que nous avons demandé et payer une chambre dans les étages supérieurs de l’hôtel il y a six mois et que nous n’avons pour fini que séjourner dans le minimum de la catégorie choisie. Impossible de changer.
Les travaux sur l’étage ayant bien été avisé par ailleurs.
The welcome we received from the gentlemen when we arrived that took our luggage.
When we went to the reception desk the representative was rude to me and my husband because they did not receive a payment from Booking.com that I prepaid. They told me that my card was declined after they tried to secure a payment of $2000 to hold for their entire fee plus $200 of incidentals. Then when I tried to understand they told me "no to worry about it." That evening we went to a restaurant at the hotel called "Salt" they came to take a drink order, appetizer order, then ignored us for two hours while we waited to order entrees! The next day my husband and family member approached the front desk again for clarity and they requested to speak to a manager. The manager reviewed my account again and said that it was all taken care of. That evening, we discovered our TV was not working, and a when we were packing a piece of the ceiling/part of a sprinkler head fell and almost hit my husband. Maintenance had to come to repair this while we were in the room. When I went to check out the next morning, I had the same rude representative who held me up demanding payment and declaring that booking.com never sent over a payment card for my stay that I prepaid for and I almost missed my cab to the airport which we requested so that we could arrive early for our international flight home. I was in tears when I left the hotel and I am determined to make sure that no one experiences this bad service. I will continue to respond to every survey request that is sent my way because they ruined my trip to Barcelona. This hotel has a lot of hype, but the service is sub-par, the staff is crude and unprofessional, raising their voices to me and my husband when requesting and explanation is not acceptable. I am not an inexperienced traveler, I travel every year with my family and this has been the worst experience I have ever had.
The hotels clean , modern and in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms Was comfortable with nice amenities.

Location
The room, the bathroom door dragged on the floor, the shower water would enter the toilet, the tv would cut in and out and stall on channels.
I loved the staff they were all too nice specially the Concierge I’m not good with names but there were a lovely Brazilian lady and a lovely Portuguese guy they were so helpful I would like to thank them so much
