Cons:

Because of my booking at this hotel, what was supposed to be one of the most beautiful days of my life was completely ruined. I had asked the hotel to prepare a special surprise for my wife, and they made me wait outside the hotel for five hours. In the end, they did absolutely nothing and simply said, “We apologize for the misunderstanding.”

This is honestly ridiculous. Are you serious? Considering the high prices you charge, I expected a much higher level of service and professionalism. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially because it was meant to be a very special day for my wife and me.

It was ok, not luxury experience

Cons:

We got very smelly smoking room on the non smoking floor. It was so strong that our eyes were teary. Next morning I went to change it as it was not possible to sleep there and was offered smaller room with the roof view instead of our large room with seaview we paid for 😳. Or course that was not an option. We requested for the same room we paid for and had to wait the whole day to change the rooms. Hotel did not provide any apologies or any goodwill gestures.
Person on Reception was actually very annoyed with my request to check if another room is not smelly and said they are not bringing clients to smell the rooms when was suggesting me options.
Overall it is a party hotel and definetely is not to the luxury standard they position themselves.

Man sollte das Zimmer nehmen was man gebucht hat.
Ein vermeintliches kostenloses Update beim Einchecken zum Kingsize Bett hatte dann ein Zimmer zufolge in dem die man anstatt den bezahlten Meerblick ein Terrassenblick bekommt.
