We went to an event at the Ruoff Center and it was a 20min walk from the hotel. It made it very convenient and not having to pay for event parking was great. Room was comfortable and clean. Very friendly staff.
Our refrigerator in our room was not working when we arrived however after we alerted the front desk they had it fixed promptly. 9/10 only for the smallest inconvenience.
Very comfortable room with plenty of space. Tasty breakfast in the morning. Perfect for an overnight stopover for our travels.

I really liked everything about it.
Everything was great except housekeeping continually knocking in the door at 8am and then trying to use their key to open the door multiple times.
The staff were amazing. The bar tender late in the evening was great and got us drinks and food after a concert.
Overall we had a great visit and this was out third time at this location. We have never had previous issues but this time the room was not cleaned properly. I sat at the desk to work for a bit on my laptop and under my feet I could feel pieces of food (appeared to be pizza toppings) that had not been vacuumed up from the previous occupant. It was not a small amount. We shrugged that off as a human error when cleaning the room. But then when we went in to use the restroom there was still waste marks in the stool showing that it had not been cleaned either. We are very tolerant normally as things happen and we have had other perfect experiences at this location but this was hard to let pass.
Friendly efficient staff, comfortable clean room. Nice breakfast. Location was perfect for local music venue.
Very nice stay. Staff was outstanding. Amenities were quite good. Morning breakfast was hot and plentiful. Coffee was always available!!
