Up to the standards and conviniently located
Pros:

Conviniently located if you want to explore both French concession and Pudong districts. The rooms are roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Very few details : Swimming pool would need some refreshment, but I understand this is planned in the near future. I would have put a bit more decoration in the reception hall but I guess this is a matter of personnal taste.

The hotel was great my room was very spacious and comfortable the staff were super friendly and helpful especially Mike at the front desk.

I got taken for a ride financially

Bed very nice... AC worked fine in room

Bathroom had no soap for bath or shower, room some lights were broken, wires for lights running from plugs over floor... alarm clock not functional, booked for 3 nights and had to extend to a fourth night, got charged more than half extra one for one night. extremely unhappy and staff at reception just shrug shoulders to say its a booking.com issue. i feel cheated and will never return and will not advise anyone to come to the Pullman either. I had booked the extra night online prior to my arrival, but somehow the hotel cannot find the booking.. this leaves a bad tase, so hence my bad rating of this establishment.

Wonderful experience, once again
Pros:

We stayed here for the second time. Once again, friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk. Cleaning staff is also very friendly and works diligently. Breakfast is excellent, a wide variety to choices to enjoy Chinese as well as western food. The hotel is centrally located, with a mall and metro station at walking distance.
