Good stay
Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Pullman Shanghai Central. All team members demonstrated the authentic Pullman's way of hospitality, attentive, polite and efficient. The guest room is well-maintained, spotlessly clean with great sound insulation. Centrally located in Huangpu District, convenient for dining and sightseeing. Every thoughtful touch reflects meticulous service. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Shanghai.

Great service and great location.
Pros:

Staff were excellent and spoke English. There were lots of options at breakfast for both Eastern and Western tastes. I had two separate bookings, and they were able to merge them, so I didn't have to change rooms. It's close to tourist areas, a Metro station and a mall full of useful shops and restaurants.

Bien ubicado con muchos servicios alrededor y metro. La piscina un poco concurrida pero te salva de las horas más calurosas del día

Las almohadas eran incomodisimas y deberían cambiar de jabones. Todos huelen a hombre en exceso.

Pros:

A fantastic 5 star hotel. The chain Pullman is also quite good and the quality for price ratio is exceptional. I don't understand why this property doesn't have a higher rating on Booking.com (at least above 9.0) but I would definitely book it again.

Boring hotel with lack of atmosphere
Pros:

I travelled here with my family in April this year. The lobby is large and the reception friendly but lack English. As the room was not ready they dumped the bags in the lobby with no security. The room was comfortable but there was no English TV channels which was a pain later at night after a night out. The breakfast is orientated towards the Chinese market and is ok. There is streak restaurant on one of the levels which is extortionate, we walked out due to the outlandish price. It's in a relatively good location close to the underground. The pool is ok but a bit cold you get made to wear a head cap! I would not stay here again there are better hotels.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in 5 Sterne Hotel
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, große saubere Zimmer, gute Lage, nah an U-Bahn, freundliches stets hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl.

Cons:

Möbel der Zimmer sieht man so langsam die Jahre an, zumindest bis Etage 11

Pullman Shanghai Central like my home
Pros:

This is the third time within 8 months to stay in Pullman in Shanghai Central. It is close to the metro with good quality of food at the mall. The room is spacious and very clean. I like the 24th floor resturant. Staff are very helpful and able to communicate with English.
