The staff was helpful.

Cons:

Very smelly hotel, floor was dirty everywhere you looked. I asked to get a different room because my first room was disgusting. Hair on the bed, in the bathtub and bathroom floor and A LOT of food crumbs and dirty on the living room floor.

One of the best I’ve stayed at
Pros:

Sofa couch was comfortable and easy to pull out! We loved the room service and the kind faces when we arrived. Great customer service and clean rooms.

I don’t have anything that I dislike about this hotel

Book the room with breakfast included in the morning when we went to have breakfast The lady at the restaurant told us that we need a sticker from the hotel staff so i talk to the lady at the hotel desk she check on her computer and yes it includes breakfast she give me the sticker for 6 poeple breakfast i went back to the restaurant but the lady didn't let us have breakfast unless we pay for it so wouldn't recommend going there
