Overall accommodating for a quick trip!
Pros:

The convenience of being right off the interstate, but not as close to all the traffic.

Cons:

The lack of convenience when we needed toiletries. My room phone didn't work and it would have generally been nice to have 2 tvs. One in the suite seating area and sleeping quarters. One was a little inconvenient.

Perfect airport property and would stay again.
Pros:

Plenty of parking. Clean common areas and rooms. Staff very friendly. Room was spacious with sitting area. Breakfast was good with options.

Cons:

I prefer a walk-in shower over a tub/shower combo.

Ended up in the emergency room due to bed bug bites sustained at this property.
Cons:

I was bitten by bed bugs during my stay. I woke up with multiple bites on my eyelid and forearm. The swelling became so severe I am currently in the emergency room at HCA Trident Hospital as a direct result. When I reported it to the front desk, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. I was moved to a second room late at night. This hotel has prior documented complaints about bugs. I have photos of my injuries and ER documentation.

Wish rooms were a little much cleaner but would stay again

Location was perfect! Staff was nice

Cons:

Windows were dirty and Rooms floors were dirty, so much hair and food on the carpet and bathrooms. It was a lot of trash under the pull out couch 🤢. Somebody is half cleaning the room

If want to stay here I would recommend going there friendly staffing and they clean daily too

The staff was amazing and generous people at that.Would stay here again when I’m visiting Charleston.

Pros:

I liked the breakfast included with the price. The room was nice and clean. An iron board with iron and blow dryer was included which was helpful. A nice little kitchen area with coffee was provided. 😁

Cons:

What I didn't like was that I asked for a bottom floor because my husband is in a wheelchair. We ended up on the fourth floor! I had to leave him alone as I walked up and down unloading my car! He has vascular dementia with Alzheimer's and leaving him like that is difficult for me.
