The staff, especially one, does not get hospitality. I pointed out an error, mandatory service charge, in the billing which violates the law. He just didn't get it.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

We found this hotel to be a gem. Clean and comfortable, an easy to get to, central location, great food for breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, and a super kind and helpful staff. We would stay again and can confidently recommend to others. We want to especially thank the staff such for a welcoming stay.

decent and comfortable / food taste was below average
Pros:

Most of the items were empty when I came for BF at 830 am - there was only one grape juice I had that and idly - both the items were decent .

Cons:

cockroaches in bathroom / toiletrs were not good

Great place and a good experience
Pros:

Very good spacious rooms . Best part is that they have a ceiling fan too in rooms . Good location and easily accessible . Washrooms are great too .
