Bom hotel mas falta melhorar o staff
Pros:

Hotel bem localizado, os quartos são novos e a limpeza é impecável

Cons:

Estacionamento é cobrado à parte e é muito caro U$60 a diária. Café da manhã não está incluso na diária. Concierge não sabe dar informações sobre restaurantes e não ajuda nas reservas.

Good location for events at GT stadium.
Pros:

Location, room size, clean, friendly staff.

Cons:

Only 1 person at registration desk at 4 pm on Saturday! Shortly after 4 another person came but still confusing the way the desk are located. The lobby was full of people trying to check in. Also need more elevators! 2 working in a hotel the size is not enough!!

Great Midtown Hotel
Pros:

We had a great experience at this hotel! Very clean hotel overall and excellent daily housekeeping. Rosa at the front desk is so friendly and a joy to talk with. Staff was all very helpful and prompt with any requests we had over our stay.

Rude & Unprofessional Overnight Desk Attendant
Pros:

The overnight desk attendant was very unprofessional. I came down for a couple of beverages at the kiosk by the desk around 1.30am on 3/31/26. She was on her phone and didn't end the call but continued talking while serving me. When I went to pay she asked if I was "putting it on my room". I told her no I'm paying with my card because I'm on a business trip. She completes the transaction then I ask for a receipt(company policy) she then tells me she can't because "it's a house account and it will print off all receipts" followed by a rude "Goodnight".

Breakfast inclusion mismatch, resolved by hotel

I stayed at Renaissance Atlanta Midtown Hotel on a AAA Hot Deals rate that, at booking, clearly indicated breakfast was included. At check-in, the front desk initially stated that my reservation did not include breakfast, despite the rate details.

After follow-up, the hotel did provide breakfast vouchers and resolved the issue.

Overall, a comfortable stay, but there appears to be a disconnect between advertised rate inclusions and what is reflected at the property. It would be helpful for the hotel to ensure better alignment to avoid this situation for future guests.

No Housekeeping.
Pros:

I stay here because it is my companies preferred hotel when we come to Atlanta on business. Great location. I stayed in March but in honor of Earth Month (which is not March but April) they have no housekeeping. They say they will do it on request so on my fourth day here I dialed zero before leaving for my office. The phone rang and rang and rang but nobody picked up. I eventually left again with no housekeeping. Nobody at the front desk either when I went by. Hotel is fine, but if you want housekeeping, tell them the night before.
