The room was clean, and it was very convenient because it was close to the downtown area.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I was given a different room from the one I had originally reserved. I went back to the front desk and politely asked why I had been given a different room. Instead of clearly explaining the situation, the staff member made an unclear comment about whether I had been upgraded and spoke to me in a very unfriendly and dismissive manner.

Although I was disappointed, I tried to remain polite and end the situation on a positive note. However, the staff member’s attitude was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful, which left me with a negative impression of my stay. I hope the hotel will provide better customer service and train its staff to treat guests with more courtesy and respect. 번역

The staff at this hotel was most likely the friendliest staff I've encountered at any hotel !! Everyone was friendly and the staff at the desk was so helpful and just really nice people working there ....

Cons:

maybe a nicer 'scent' when you enter the main door

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

System was down the first day, had to give my credit card number to a worker and trust him to do the right thing with it because they charged me a DEPOSIT for a room that I couldn’t even check into! Then we finally got a room at 8pm (4pm check in)the room wasn’t cleaned properly. I went to turn off the a/c and a piece of rusted metal cut my toe. Towel had hair on them and the shower too! They offered us a Moon-pie and said we could go in the bathroom and change to access the pool while we waited. Just not a good experience. I can’t believe this was a Hilton property. And the tv didn’t work.
