The staff at this hotel was most likely the friendliest staff I've encountered at any hotel !! Everyone was friendly and the staff at the desk was so helpful and just really nice people working there ....

Cons:

maybe a nicer 'scent' when you enter the main door
the room I stayed in could use a mattress flip I think

Never again!!

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

System was down the first day, had to give my credit card number to a worker and trust him to do the right thing with it because they charged me a DEPOSIT for a room that I couldn’t even check into! Then we finally got a room at 8pm (4pm check in)the room wasn’t cleaned properly. I went to turn off the a/c and a piece of rusted metal cut my toe. Towel had hair on them and the shower too! They offered us a Moon-pie and said we could go in the bathroom and change to access the pool while we waited. Just not a good experience. I can’t believe this was a Hilton property. And the tv didn’t work.

The lobby area was extremely small. There were no cups for drinking water in the fitness room. The price didn’t fit the quality.
