The breakfast was nice. Our granddaughters love the pool.

Cons:

Going up the stairs it looked pretty grubby. Our door was extremely hard to open, not like the pool area what she just tapped and opened the door. I think it needs some work. It takes me at least 5 minutes to get in sometimes. The sofa in our room looked really dirty the size of our room was great

Staff amazing, hotel rooms dated not clean enough.
Pros:

The staff are excellent. I was overjoyed to meet with Lee, Sheila, Cheryl, Shannon and Jenna. Wonderful staff. They make Pomeroy a 5* experience. Breakfast is amazing, the kitchen staff are incredible. I was truly taken care of like a VIP. Wonderful team at Pomeroy Chetwynd.

Cons:

The furniture, upholstery in the room was not clean enough. I believe the rooms are dated, carpets need replacing, chairs at counter are dirty and the televisions are useless, totally outdated, fuzzy reception and no smart tv options. Not good for the price I paid. Bathrooms and kitchen immaculate, bedsheets and towels spotless and fresh. The issue is dated carpets and of enough staff to tend to all the rooms. Huge disappointment was the hotel changing the coffee to Nescafé from Tim Hortons. I chose to buy my own Tim Hortons. It was definitely a downgrade.

The staff here are all lovely. The rooms are lovely and clean. The only thing about the room is that the big curtain can’t close all the way and we prefer a blacked out room so other than that the room was nice. The hot tub and gym are wonderful. The pool is freezing though

Hotel needs some work. Some areas (doors mainly) shoddy when opening / operating.
The room was fine, but it would be nice to have some USB or Lightning charging ports.

Pros:

The king bed felt like sleeping on a brick. So uncomfortable. The pillows were uncomfortable as well. The interior needs upgrading. For the price I was disappointed.

Pros:

We had a king suite, which was roomy, and had a great kitchen with a full sized fridge, and dishwasher. The bathroom had solid lighting, and lots of counter space. The bed was comfortable, and there was a large window (unfortunately just a view of the parking lot). There was also a good-sized living room area.
Staff were friendly upon check-in and check-out. It was close to the main street, and dining. The only negative was the hot tub was not working (I noticed this on their website after we had booked).
