situation géographique et petit déj

Cons:

j'avais réservé le petit déj pour 2 personnes au moment de la réservation de la chambre.
Il n'a été consommé que par 1personne et la facturation s'est faite pour les 2 petits déjeuners par jour et par nuité.
C'est désagréable de constater cette situation. Pour une prochaine réservation, je me contenterai de réserver la chambre et je ne m'engagerai plus pour les petits déjeuner.
Le personnel a anticipé mon arrivée et m'a fait parvenir le code d'accès.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement, c'était calme et propre. Le personnel sympathique

Cons:

La fenêtre de la chambre que l'on ne pouvait pas ouvrir complètement en cas d'incendie nous trouvons ça dangereux de plus nous avons eu très chaud toute la nuit vu que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas .
