Goede locatie en parking onder het hotel.
Pros:

Dit nieuwe hotel is goed gelegen, je hoeft maar de brug over te steken en je bent in de oude stad.
De kamer zijn perfect in orde.
Het personeel is zeer gedreven en het ontbijt is fantastisch.

Cons:

Het materiaal in de gym is wat verouderd.

Calming and delightful stay
Pros:

Close proximity to the ICE conference center, coupled with a short walking distance to the Old Town, and a beautiful view of the castle.

Cons:

Hard to pick anything without nitpicking. If I had to pick something - I would say the breakfast was good, but nothing special.

Das Personal an der Bar war unmotiviert und man musste fragen ob „ Interesse“ an Umsatz besteht um ein Bier zu erhalten……

Lokalizacja, czystość i bardzo miła obsługa. Na duży plus możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania. Super pobyt 😊

Cons:

Jedyny minus to ceny w “sklepiku”. Cola o około 350% droższa (18 zł) to trochę przesada. Oczywiście rozumiem, że muszą być droższe, ale spodziewałam się 10-12 zl.

Pros:

Hotel jest przede wszystkim fajnie położony, 15 min spacerem na Wawel, wprawdzie przy ruchliwej trasie, ale przy zamknietych oknach niewiele słychać. Obsługa pomocna, pokój czysty, a łóżka wygodne.

Cons:

Na minus naprawdę monotonne śniadania ( a zjedliśmy ich naprawdę sporo w hotelach tej klasy). Przy pełnym obłożeniu hotelu myślę, że byłby też problem ze stolikiem, bo obiektywnie jest mało stolików. Na mocny minus ceny przekąsek w hotelu, rozumiem puszka orzeszków za 20/25 zł, ale 43 zl? To sie nie broni w żaden sposób.
