Pros:

Hotel molto confortevole, stanze molto isolate da rumori esterni. Staff molto cortese.
Erogatori d’acqua nel piano davvero comodo per non dover stare ad acquistare acqua. Soprattutto per chi ne beve tanta.

Świetna lokalizacja - jechaliśmy na koncert w ICE i był to strzał w dziesiątkę (3 minuty pieszo ), bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa. Na miejscu restauracja z pysznym jedzeniem - duży wybór. Wieczorem czynny bar z przekąskami i napojami. Wygodny, czysty pokój. Dobre śniadanie, duży wybór zarówno dań na ciepło jak i na zimno.

Мне понравилось расположение отеля . Завтрак . Наличие воды в коридоре и на ресепшен.возможность взять зонтик. Потому что был дождь

Cons:

The room rate is significantly overpriced considering the level of service the hotel provides.

there is no housekeeping service and no luggage assistance to help guests carry their bags to their room. Most of the staff seemed inexperienced and unsure of how to handle guests or provide proper assistance.

The room was also quiet dusty, with noticeable dust on several items including the coffee machine and the table which gave the impression that it had not been properly cleaned before our arrival

In addition although we booked a room for 4 people 2 adults and 2 kids. The bed was prepared with two very small individual duvets instead of a proper double duvet which was uncomfortable and unexpected

overall the experience did not justify the price we paid and I expected a much higher standard of service and cleanliness.

Temizliği çalışanların ilgisi son derece güzeldi. Kahvaltısı oldukça zengindi.
Pierogi yemeği yedik gerçekten çok güzeldi.

Room - Excellent. Quiet. All amenities required (Fridge/Iron?coffee-Tea maker)
Location - Personally excellent. Quiet area. Excellent bus/tram within 200m to all areas of the City. 10 mins tram to main station - perfect
Breakast - Very good cold buffet/fruit, etc.

Cons:

Breakast - The Hot dishes could in fact be more variance AND Hot. They were tepid.
