Merci

Nothing
- First suite smelled extremely moldy.
-I was moved to a regular room despite having payed for a suite.
-Amenities where missing and I had to go to the front desk many times to finally get each of the requested items individually.
- Towels were dirty. Despite having taken pictures and showing them, they tried to convince me that it was just traces of oxidation that don't go away with washing.
- TV didn't work, I wanted to watch the WC game, there was only sound, no image. Their solution? Watch downstairs at the restaurant. No thanks.
- Breakfast was a real sanitary hazard. Foods sitting at ROOM TEMPERATURE for hours. There were ¿fruit flies? flying around the foods. The salads smelled like fermentation, which probably what attracted the flies. The "charcuterie" and "cheese" has changed colours around the edges. This is a sanitary hazard. Food cannot stay AT ROOM TEMPERATURE IN THE MOROCCAN SUMMER and NOT COVERED for the WHOLE duration of the breakfast buffet.
- last but not least, I sustained a traumatic brain injury when the egg chair detached and fell from its metallic structure, which then fell over my leg. There was no cushion in the egg chair, I fell directly on the metallic egg chair back. I am still suffering 15 days later and writing this from the waiting room at the radiology center where I am getting an MRI due to the negligence of that hellish establishment.
What followed my fall was a nightmare of incompetence I am too tired to narrated, but which I documented in the emails sent to the Hotel's admin TWICE over the last 2 weeks, which both remained unanswered, just like the calls.
A nightmare. They should not be allowed to operate. Dangerous and incompetent.
My overall stay at Oum Palace Hotel in Casablanca was very good. I stayed in the Sky Suite, which was a great experience.
What I loved the most was the exceptionally pleasant and helpful service from the staff at all times:
Smail at the reception desk was wonderful and attentive throughout my stay.
The bellboy was incredibly helpful with all my luggage from the moment I arrived.
Abderrahim, the kitchen chef, and the rest of the breakfast staff were lovely and welcoming.
About the breakfast: There is a wide variety of options available for all tastes. On a personal note, while the selection is large, there wasn't anything that particularly stood out for my specific taste, so I mostly stuck to my eggs and a few simple things. However, this is just a matter of personal preference, and others will certainly appreciate the huge variety!
Trop de bruit. Le buffet est copieux mais n'est pas de Qualité
Pretty clean good location good staff
very slow elevator, very slow response from the staff, the key card needs a fix twice a day, not the best breakfast and high exchange rate from dollar, i wont come back to it, was nice but there are much better hotels in the area

Marokko schimmelt....leider.
