Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Oum Palace. Tout était à la hauteur de mes attentes. Le petit-déjeuner était très complet, varié et de bonne qualité. Le personnel est accueillant, gentil et toujours serviable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. La suite était spacieuse, confortable, propre et très bien équipée.

Je recommande vivement l’hôtel Oum Palace à toute personne recherchant un séjour agréable avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

المصاعد كان فيه روايح كريه جدا ارجو وضع سجاد داخله بالارضيه معطر ببودره. ليدوم كثيرا

Pros:

Very clean and comfortable, we even received a room larger than required. Breakfast is really plentiful. Please notice that parking spots are reserved for hotel's customers right on the street, you just have to ask for them at the reception! This was really a blessing in a chaotic city like Casablanca

The location, that’s it.

Cons:

The staff was rude and unwelcoming.
The room’s bathroom was dirty.
And they charged me twice for one room.

Calidad/precio muy razonable
Pros:

Me dieron una habitación bastante grande. El personal es profesional. El detalle de encontrar una botella de agua y cosas del baño en la habitación.

Cons:

Llame dos veces para que me traigan una plancha pero nada. En el desayuno no mucha variedad.
