La ubicación es excelente, la relación costo precio muy adecuada, está a 5 minutos caminando de todo pero no tiene el ruido de los hoteles del mero centro, el desayuno es de buena calidad

En realidad no le pongo ningún pero, si alguna vez regreso a Praga definitivamente me hospedo en el mismo lugar

Great Hotel ..The most Amazing Breakfast with a great variety of food ..loved the Ginger Shots each morning. 10/10 for variety and Freshness.

Cons:

Very small detail ..but upon checking out Yesterday Morning the young guy on reception barely lifted his head and didn't say 2 words .
Didn't ask how our stay was or how did we like hotel.
Where as the Day before while we were waiting on taxi in reception and people were checking out the 2 staff members were super friendly ensuring guests were happy with everything.
As I said its a very small Detail but noticed...

Caldo eccezionale in una Praga splendida

L’ hotel si trova in un’ottima posizione. E’ possibile raggiungere a piedi i luoghi di principale interesse. Molto vicine anche le fermate di tram e metro.

Cons:

L’organizzazione del personale può essere migliorata. Abbiamo atteso ogni mattina più di un quarto d’ora per avere i prodotti per la colazione senza glutine nonostante avessimo segnalato in anticipo questa necessità. Inoltre bisognava chiedere uno o due prodotti in particolare, mentre di solito gli hotel offrono un cestino con tanti prodotti diversi.
Un giorno, rientrati alle 13.30 non era stata ancora messa in ordine la stanza.
