Lovely hotel, great location.
Pros:

I throughly enjoyed my 3 night stay at this hotel. Check-in was easy, our room was ready. Coffee machine, water were provided in the room. The room/bathroom was very clean. Lovely towels! Plenty of hot water and pressure from the shower. Shower gel, shampoo etc are provided in mini bottles. Breakfast had plenty of choice, with an added bonus of Prosecco. Very close to the metro 2 minute walk. 10 mins to The Square, great location.

5 stars? Only in your dreams.
Pros:

When you book a ‘suite’ in a 5-star hotel that’s advertised as being ‘up to 60 square metres’, you have certain expectations. Here are the facts: the floor area of the “suite” is 3.5 x 5.5 square metres. As 7 square metres are taken up by the stairs, bathroom and entrance, that leaves 12 square metres for the living area. That’s the size of a prison cell, and that’s exactly what it feels like inside. The “upper floor” is about 14 square metres, though without windows – it’s more like a large loft bed. In total, these “suites” therefore have about 31 square metres of living space. “Up to 60” is thus effectively a deliberate deception of the customer. We would never have booked this for 6 days if a floor plan had been included.
The breakfast is mediocre at best – nothing to look forward to. In the lounge, which is far too cold, a TV showing sport is on constantly. And unfortunately, a beer spa without a sauna, but with all-you-can-drink, does not do it for us.
The service is friendly, the cleanliness is fine, and the location is excellent. And for the last 2 days, after asking several times, we were given what was probably the only suite that actually measured around 60 square metres, No. 602, right at the top. Hence, 3 stars.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

We had an excellent time at this hotel, which was friendly and inviting. The food and drink choices were amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were maintaining high standards throughout. My husband, who had a disability, was well looked after by the reception team and the concierge. Excellent value for money.
