All in all it was good, I’d stay at the hotel again.
Pros:

It was quiet.

My toilet was broken and they sent someone to fix it very quickly.

Cons:

No complementary breakfast, you had to pay extra.

Location was great. Worked out fine.
Pros:

What breakfast. really wasn’t much available at all. You could get coffee and you could buy something at the counter. Didn’t really see much else.

Cons:

More breakfast options would have been very nice

The overall staff was lovely some house keeping improvements would be great
Pros:

The rooms AC unit was great and the doorway was a good enough size to get my family members wheelchair through. The staff was lovely and very kind and was very accommodating to my family members mobility issues and the overall look of the facility was great.

Cons:

The bathroom floor was sticky and had some left over hair it appeared from the previous guest. The bed was not very comfortable which was disappointing when spending 500 dollars for two nights. There was no utensils in the kitchenette. 4.50 for a water bottle is way to much even major attractions in area don't charge that much for water. Many other guests children were yelling outside rooms or knocking on doors and running away.

Peaceful, relaxing; felt like being spoiled. Didn’t want to leave.
Pros:

It was in a great location, very quiet and a beautiful facility. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. I loved the fireplace and waterfall. Also had welcoming outdoor seating area.
