Cons:

Breakfast was not ready on time. I chose this property specifically for the pool- which was shut down. Mattresses were very worn down. We left a day early….

Great location.

Cons:

Pool was under repair. Half the reason we booked here was the availability of having a pool for the kids to enjoy when we had down time. Disappointed but obviously nothing we could do about it.

The staff was extremely helpful in helping us find another hotel to stay at due to the face booking.com didn't actually reserve our room. We were told this had happened 4 times the previous week.

Pros:

The staff was some of the friendliest I have experienced.

Cons:

Booked the hotel only because it had a pool and it was closed. The pullout couch for 2 pretty small children was awful. Way too small and extremely uncomfortable. This was the only time I have ever heard complaints from them about a pull out couch and that tends to be what I look for in a room.
