Pros:

Every staff member we spoke to or saw went out of their way to be friendly, knowledgeable, personal and genuinely kind.
The location was perfect for us, we planned to go to both Aquatica and Sea World, which they had a free shuttle for.
We drove and were there within 5 minutes.
Right next to everything we needed, ( CVS, fast food, Publix, Buffalo Wild Wings..)

Cons:

Spent the first 2 hours after checking in waiting to figure out what was going on with the AC in our room.
The maintenance man was knowledgeable, he knew which part was needing repair and asked if we would like to have it fixed or switch rooms.
We chose to switch rooms and when we finally moved, the AC worked well in the new room.

Pros:

Shuttle to seaworld...breakfast was ok, not great.

Cons:

Could have had more selections for breakfast. Paying for parking at hotel was a cheap shot. Place was fine for a quick visit. Room seemed very small. Bed was advertised as a king but it sure didn't seem like it.

I dont like the room its so smell bad and its not clean to much. Its not worth it to pay 150 per day

Ok for the money, but change whatever you are using to disinfect as it’s way too strong.
Pros:

Location to Sea World was great, super close.

Cons:

Overall it was clean, towels need updated, they no longer feel new or look white. Our room smelled like some deodorant or something they apply to get rid of smoker smell or something like that. They kept saying it’s the cleaner/disinfectant and it should go away but it didn’t. We kept smelling it all night. Breakfast was ok, not great.
