Terrible. Won't be back
Pros:

Our room had bed bugs. We were charged for parking. And we were not happy at all. Had to end up leaving in the middle of the night.

Staff was great and overall the place is ok

Cons:

The water in the sink and bathtub of my room had a weird smell, also the sheets of the bed had some stains, for breakfast they had no bacon neither sausages, also it would be nice to know before booking this place that there is a $20 dollar parking fee per night plus $1.30 parking tax🤦🏽‍♂️

Cons:

The door is stuck, and the handle won't budge. My child was trapped inside, scared and crying. I was frantic, trying desperately to help my kid escape, but nothing I did could open the door like a normal one.

Very nice hotel, we would stay here again!!
Pros:

Breakfast was great, hot and waffles were yummy!! Shuttle pickup to Sea World was very nice. Hotel room was very comfortable and affordable. Everything was conveniently located. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay.

Poor Customer Service

I am reviewing a customer-service interaction I had here.

SpringHill Suites sent me to Fairfield around 11 PM after telling me they could not provide the room I had reserved. I had booked directly through Marriott 10 days earlier for 2 queens + sofa bed for 3 guests.

At Fairfield, I was told they were simply "honoring my reservation" at the same rate and that it was difficult to find another hotel at that hour. I was also told that because my original reservation was not non-refundable, the room configuration was not guaranteed. That was a surprising explanation, particularly for a reservation made 10 days in advance. The Fairfield rate was lower, and the room configuration was not equivalent to what I had reserved.

I ultimately spent about 90 minutes going back and forth between the two properties before management found a solution.

I want to be clear that this review is specifically about my interaction with Fairfield staff while attempting to resolve the reservation issue.
