Pros:

I loved how close it was to discovery cove! That is the main reason I booked it! There is a lot of stuff close by and parking at the hotel is easy and a lot of spaces! Place was clean and smells nice.

We they advertise Starbucks .that is open 24 hours a day we'll i am a early riser and I went to Starbucks twice both times no coffee . You would think that by 5am they would have coffee atleast for people heading back to the airport to head home especially if you advertise that they arr open 24/7. Other than that we love the hotel

I think the charging for the parking is an insult after you already pay for the room obviously, you need to have parking

Pros:

It’s was clean, staff was nice and the breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The shuttle service is confusing and the people who drive and run the shuttle are rude. Often left waiting longer at least 30 to 40 minutes longer than pick up times.

Very nice besides the linen and kitchen staff was rude to my hubby

Everything was pretty convenient to get to. Staff was really sweet.

Cons:

Our linen was not clean…it kinda cringed me for the rest of the visit once I saw it

Pros:

I like how close it was to the theme park we were heading to left our car at the hotel and took a shuttle to and from theme park. And there was decent restaurants near by as well. And was able to watch the fireworks from seaworld from the hotel.

I would definitely go back
Pros:

Location great! Staff very helpful. Super view from our room of coasters and fireworks. Pool and pool bar very useful and enjoyable.

Cons:

Only grievance was harassment by concierge to attend time share presentation.

Shuttle is useful but unreliable - they are 3rd party operated so out of control of the hotels.
