Fijn verblijf bij NH Hotel Amersfoort
Pros:

Ik heb een erg prettig verblijf gehad bij NH Hotel Amersfoort. Het hotel heeft een mooie, centrale ligging en is daarmee een ideale uitvalsbasis. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en gastvrij, wat direct bijdraagt aan een fijne ervaring.

De kamers zijn ruim opgezet en comfortabel ingericht, met goede bedden, een nette badkamer en een heerlijke douche. Ook de aanwezigheid van zowel verwarming als airconditioning en een fijne televisie is een pluspunt. Wat ik bovendien erg prettig vond, is de rust in het hotel. Je hebt weinig tot geen last van andere hotelgasten, waardoor je echt even kunt ontspannen.

Ook de bar is een fijne toevoeging. Je kunt er niet alleen terecht voor een drankje, maar ook voor een hapje eten. Dat is ideaal als je na een drukke dag lekker in het hotel wilt blijven en niet meer de deur uit wilt.

Cons:

Een klein ontwikkelpunt betreft de afstemming met housekeeping. We hadden een late check-out tot 13.00 uur, maar werden desondanks om 10.00 uur en nogmaals om 10.30 uur gewekt door housekeeping, ondanks het ‘Niet storen’-bordje aan de deur. Achteraf bleek dat er bij het uitchecken van een andere kamer iets mis was gegaan, waardoor men dacht dat onze kamer al leeg was. Dat kan natuurlijk gebeuren, maar een goede interne afstemming en het respecteren van het ‘Niet storen’-bordje zouden dit in de toekomst kunnen voorkomen.

Wat ik wel erg waardeerde, is dat het hotel direct met een passende oplossing kwam door aan te bieden de parkeerkosten terug te boeken. Daarmee werd het ongemak op een prettige manier opgelost en voelde het hotel zich duidelijk verantwoordelijk voor de situatie.

Amersfoort is lovely
Pros:

Exceptional location, very close to the centre, amazing restaurants in 10 minutes walking distance. Quiet and spacious room, comfortable bed. Wide selection of breakfast, also freshly made egg dishes. Good wi-fi sufficient for work, videomeetings. Parking without reservation.

Cons:

The room was in general clean, but a deep cleaning must be done. Also the furniture is outdated. The daily room cleaning system they use is quite confusing, we hung the “do not clean” card only for the first and second nights, but the room was not cleaned during our entire stay which was uncomfortable. Only the towels were changed, even they left the trash in the room.

Удобное расположение, близко к вокзалу. Персонал отзывчивый и любезный. Вкусные и обильные завтраки. Удобная кровать, в номере есть чайник, кофемашина.

Cons:

На завтраке было много народу, не было мест за столиками.
