It was a decent spot due to location which added value
Pros:

I liked that everything is walkable.

Cons:

I didn’t like how we have to pay for parking at general parking structure. The hotel should be able to validate because if you think about you get many tourist so of course they are going in and out of the hotel going to different places and we shouldn’t have to pay every time we leave because if we leave 4 times in no out of the parking that’s 4 times we have to pay. Also the bed sheets were dirty like if they did not wash them they had makeup stains the restroom wasn’t clean as well. The trash cans should have bags in them i felt bad everytime i would throw something in the trash

Chambre très grande et très propre. Piscine très bruyante (week-end) et l'eau trouble et un peu salée... Salle de bain super. Possibilité de faire le check in tôt le matin en payant un supplément. Beaucoup de choix de resto autour de l'hôtel

Brilliant spot for tourist attractions
Pros:

Perfect stay, great location for tourist spots, eateries and beach. Staff so helpful and rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Nice rooftop pool

Cons:

Minor complaint is having to pay to park in local parking lot opposite but always had spaces and only $16 per night.

The Absolute Gold Standard
Pros:

Hyatt Centric is the gold standard for being close to the best Long Beach has to offer. Walking distance to the restaurants, beach, stores and short trip to cruise ships. This place is great. The room was clean, modern and with a view of cruise port. But it's the friendliness and kindness of staff that put this hotel over the top. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They made me remember what great customer service really is - which is rare nowadays. Tremendous thank you to the staff for being a memorable part or our cruise vacation - for all they did before and after the cruise.
