Good location, nice hotel, Hyatt Accounts department/Client service leaves a great deal to be desire

The room was excellent, however we are STILL waiting for the refund over 1 month later

Cons:

Staff offered us a late check out at no extra charge, however, we ended up being charged. If we had known that we would NOT have opted for a late check out. Despite contacting the Hyatt we have had no acknowledgement let alone a refund of the incidentals charge. There were NO incidentals. For a hotel chain with this reputation they are taking way too long to refund our money.

The staff was wonderful.The place was gorgeous. The pool on the roof was to die for awesome location to the aquarium. And the lagoon boats, except our AC did not work. And the engineer it came at eleven due to us not being in the room for several hours.About two thirty a m.The a c was finally cool enough to sleep.

Pros:

La piscine sur le toit, ouverte jusqu’à 22h: top. Avon sou en profiter tranquillement et seuls à la tombée du jour. Emplacement sage dans le centre commercial et à 2 pas du Harbor. Fontaine à eau. Cafetière dans la chambre. Chambre suffisamment spacieuse pour 2 pour un court séjour.

Cons:

Dommage que le Hyatt ne propose pas de buffet petit dej comme la plupart des chaînes hôtelières de cette gamme.

Great stay, great location
Pros:

Large room, large bathroom, great shower, Great breakfast and coffee downstairs, walk right out the door to shopping and movies. We walked across the street to restaurants, outdoor music and people enjoying the pier. We were here one day. Off to a carnival cruise the next day. Short uber to the Carnival port.
