My stay was nice and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Streaming network was fragile and required too many steps to connect and stay connected. Kept cutting off.
Not enough towels racks or hooks in the bathroom. I didn't like the elevator card system

The roof top pool

Cons:

Our room was terrible. It took my whole strength to shut off shower. When I said something to front desk all they said was, “Did you call engineering?” Also, someone before us had pulled door handle off. Front desk did not apologize or offer a discount. We paid a $25 early check in fee, which easily could have been waived due to a very poor room. I made reservations for another couple also. They were put on the top floor with a view and we were on the 4th floor with a view of air conditioners.

Excellent stay in a central area for all you Long Beach activities.
Pros:

The room was very spacious. The beds were super comfortable and arranged in a way that gave you some semblance of privacy. Traveled with my mom so she had plenty of space on her side of the room and I did on mine as well so it was great.

Cons:

There was no complimentary water in the room. Had to go down to the lobby to get it. No complimentary breakfast either and parking wasn't validated.

It was a decent spot due to location which added value
Pros:

I liked that everything is walkable.

Cons:

I didn’t like how we have to pay for parking at general parking structure. The hotel should be able to validate because if you think about you get many tourist so of course they are going in and out of the hotel going to different places and we shouldn’t have to pay every time we leave because if we leave 4 times in no out of the parking that’s 4 times we have to pay. Also the bed sheets were dirty like if they did not wash them they had makeup stains the restroom wasn’t clean as well. The trash cans should have bags in them i felt bad everytime i would throw something in the trash
