Hotel was beautiful and location was great! All of the staff were so kind and delivered great customer service. Close walk to shopping and a lot of restaurant options.
We lived that it was close to shopping and restaurants and Bay Area. The roof top pool was amazing.
Parking is next door and you have to pay. We didn’t see a gym, and there is no breakfast. The room was tiny.
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Jorge, the Director of Operations, went above and beyond to personally assist with booking six rooms prior to our arrival, which made the process seamless and stress-free. The level of care didn’t stop there. The customer service throughout our stay was attentive, friendly, and truly amazing. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!
Very clean comfy bed great location excellent customer service
There was no easy way to pull up in front to drop off bags- have to wait for a parking space to become available.
The room was nicely decorated, spacious and clean. (View of parking structure across the street).
We arrived on Sunday and in the evening there was a loud overcrowded party with dj at rooftop pool bar of people who were not necessarily hotel guests.
We then found a different outdoor space next to the lobby to sit at which was pleasant (had to ask twice for fire pit to be turned on).
One of two elevators were working and the wait was long especially with the party going on.
The next day we went able to take advantage of the pool which was nice and empty.
Located within shopping center and close to waterfront walking path but a bit far from some of the better dining options.
Quite pricey but seems to be on par for the area.
