Eigenartig
Pros:

Die Bequemlichkeit der Betten und die Zimmergrösse. Sauberkeit des Zimmers.

Cons:

Das Hotel selbst ist etwas eigenartig: der Eingang ist erst mal nicht zu finden. An der kleinen Tür steht der Name nicht drauf, erst weiter oben am Gebäude, wo der Blick nicht automatisch hinfällt. Dann kommt man rein, alles ist sehr dunkel, die Rezeption sehr klein (ca 10m2), schwach beleuchtet, die Treppen nach oben eng und ebenfalls sehr dunkel. Der ganze Weg vom Eingang zum Zimmer ist dunkel. Das fühlt sich nicht „cool“ an sondern „creepy“. Das Day Team ist toll (Barbara und Team).
Das „night team“ hingegen mehr als unprofessionell. Wir waren jeweils von einem business dinner gegen Mitternacht zurück. Beide male war die Rezeption mit 5 Männern „besetzt“, wovon 2 hinter der Rezeption sassen (somit vermutlich angestellt), die anderen davor herumlungerten. Damit (die Rezeption ist wirklich sehr klein!) war die Rezeption so voll, dass man sich an den Leuten vorbeidrängen musste, um zum Lift oder Treppe zu gelangen. Keiner der fünf fühlte sich bemüssigt vernünftig zu Begrüssen, oder auch höflich Platz zu machen um den Gast zur Treppe vorbeizulassen. Hingegen verstummte zunächst das Gespräch der Herren, um dann unmittelbar im lauten Gegröle von allen wieder einzusetzen. Die ganze Situation ist für ein angebliches Fünfsternhotel inakzeptabel. Es war an beiden Abenden, von daher kein einmaliger Ausrutscher. Verbunden mit der schwachen Beleuchtung im Hotel und fünf grölenden nur mässig englisch sprechenden Männern am Empfang fühlte ich mich alles andere als wohl.

Die anderen Aspekte haben andere Bewerter bereits erwähnt: ziemlich altes, knarrendes Interieur, renovierungsbedürftig. Das Foto des Eingangs stimmt übrigens nicht - in der Realität sind keine Blumen davor aber dafür etwas weiter links ein Berg Müllsäcke.

Comfortable and in a good location
Pros:

The hotel was comfortable, in a good location and our room was nicely decorated and comfortable. The roof top bar and hot tub was a nice touch and enjoyable in the sun. The staff were very helpful, particularly the receptionist called Udval who was particularly very helpful and an asset to the hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the TV in our room didn't work and the shower drain was partially blocked, so backed up and had to be used sparingly or the water would overlap the sill and run into the room.

Cool vibe boutique hotel
Pros:

Loved this funky hotel. The location is fantastic. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Great pillows. It was good to have a mini fridge. More space than anticipated. The rooftop bar was lovely and great to sit for a quiet drink or coffee. The staff were all lovely and very accommodating.
Would stay here again.

Cons:

The bathroom sink faucets lacked a good stream of water and difficult to turn on & off. The toilets didn’t flush well.
The hardwood floors were a bit noisy, but not enough to bother us.
