Pros:

A lovely boutique hotel, right in the heart of Soho. The location couldn't have been better! The rooms were beautifully decorated the bed, huge and so comfortable and black out curtains and zero noise ensured a good night sleep. The upstairs bar and jacuzzi was fun! Staff so friendly and helpful absolutely loved our stay.

For the price of the stay - not worth it, tired and dark hotel.
Pros:

Beds were comfy, room was a decent size, bathroom adequate. Tea/Coffee facilities were good.

Cons:

Farce at check in, they gave somone else our room, took time to sort out, gave us an upgrade, although I'd have hated to see the original room if this was an upgrade! Not a very professional meet & greet, No water in the room! Rooftop bar tired looking, no service, had to ring for service, they didnt have our drinks choices, not a very clean and nice area to enjoy a drink.

We enjoyed our stay here despite the cramped space.
Pros:

Excellent location, comfortable bed. Loved the quirkiness of the decor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Suitable for a 2 night stay and a reasonable price for central London.

Cons:

The room is very small with no cupboards or shelving to store clothes. The basin in the shower was a bit of a challenge. It was suitable for 2 nights but any longer would be a challenge in terms of space.

Very good, excellent staff, lovely bedroom and good aircon. Location spot on.
Pros:

Lovely room, great location, easy to walk to from Piccadilly and Soho.

Cons:

Electrics are dodgy, some power points stopped working. Water leaked under the shower door in to the main bedroom.
