Si, soy cliente hace rato

Cons:

La atención para el desayuno fue pésima, pusieron a atender al joven de la recepción en el desayuno porque faltaba personal y fue tan demorado el servicio que terminé saliendo sin desayunar

Me ofrecieron un precio cuando hice la reserva y cuando fui a pagar me aumentaron el precio. Y la causa fue por que habia entrado y salido varias veces de Colombia. o sea el precio no fue el que se había pactado. Traté de pagar con tarjeta y tampoco pude hacerlo. Tuve que salir a cambiar dinero en efectivo y pagar en efectivo.

El alojamiento cómodo y agradable, el personal atento sin embargo, el hotel tiene parqueadero que no está incluido en la tarifa y te cobran aparte, resulta ser absurdamente costoso y esto lo hace una opción que no querrías volver a elegir
