Place to stay along I90 NY outside Rochester
Pros:

Very nice extended stay hotel. Recently renovated and clean except that someone had used the toilet and it was clogged. Mike contacted Ty and he quickly responded and solved the problem. Nice dinner was being served with complementary beer and wine . Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast goes above and beyond the usual. Large hotel and it was full. I would recommend it to anyone.

So glad I chose this hotel for my stay.
Pros:

The reception staff and the person that’s checked me out were kind and welcoming. Breakfast was hot, plentiful and delicious. It was also available for a good length of time.

Cons:

The position of the TV which was difficult to watch from where it was placed.

High Marks for This One!
Pros:

Another enjoyable stay at a Homewood Suites. We were checked in by Michael, who was very accommodating, friendly and welcoming. Especially nice to be welcomed with fresh-made cookies, too, along with being acknowledged as an Honors member. Our timing was good, since we arrived on a Wednesday, when most Homewood Suite Hotels provide an evening social. This location put on an especially great one, with delicious burgers and dogs cooked out on the grill, salads, soup, cheese, crackers, and veggies to dip. Beer and wine included if you are inclined. It's a nice touch after a day on the road, so much appreciated by all the guests. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well furnished. The fitness center was complete with all you would need for a good workout, plus water, towels and comfort. Breakfast at Homewood Suite Hotels is usually a full-meal deal that caters to all tastes. This one was no exception with scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage patty for the traditionalist, and chicken fajitas for the adventurous. Of course, cereal, oatmeal, breads, fruit, yogurt is always on hand. We appreciated them having skim milk as well as 2%, which many times the choice is either only whole milk or 2%. So, overall a nice stopover on our travels, although tucked away, so GPS is a good idea to find the location. I would recommend this location and give them a grade of A for the comfort, helpful staff and amenities.

Won’t stay here again.
Pros:

Room is large. Had previously stayed here and was excellent. This stay was not.

Cons:

Shower stall had moldy caulk all the way around. Shower doors had to be lifted on the outside to get in and out. Biggest issue was infestation of ants and flying ants. Absolutely disgusting. No food eaten in the room during our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

We found the staff to be incredibly friendly. The woman at the front desk.Was especially helpful. While we were there, we also watched the same woman continually working by keeping the kitchen area clean and being helpful over there. The woman who was taking care of breakfast was awesome. Doing a great job.

Cons:

The room itself was really nice. It would have been nice to have a little bit more storage to put our clothing into

Two rooms for our people combination was very good. Like the bottles on the wall for soap/lotions. Kitchenette good.

Cons:

Shower safety bar felt unsafe but was secure butpulled out from wall upon holding on to it.
No map to locate directions long hallways
Hard for elders no info abt where po was!
Got turned around . Better signs needed.
