Kind and polite hotel personnel

Cons:

- stray cat mama with babies in the hotel garden, a pity that hotel personnel does not care for them, neuter the mother, they were starving, eating dried bread leftovers
-went to hotel restaurant one evening to ask for a teaspoon and i was told that they will charge 3€ for that 😳
- breakfast variety - no vegetables available, no boiled eggs, just scrambled eggs (a bit undercooked), small meat/cheese selection.

Pros:

La habitación muy cómoda y limpia. Disfrutamos de todas las instalaciones.
Gracias al personal de recepción, restauración y a las camareras de pisos por el trato tan amable. Nos hicieron una estancia muy cómoda.
El buffet de desayuno y cena completos

Por poner una pega, cambiaría las cortinas de baño por mamparas

Estuvimos en el hotel menos de una hora. Lo positivo la amabilidad y profesionalidad de las personas

La verdad es que estuvimos poco tiempo en el hotel. Entramos en la habitación y no nos gustó lo que veíamos, nos indicaron cambiar de habitación, pero la que ofrecían no se ajustaba a lo solicitado.

Cons:

La ubicación, las vistas eran fantástica, solo había una pega, el antepecho de la terraza era metálico y de cristal. del piso superior había caído una sustancia que había manchado todo los cristales y aún rezumaba puesto que a mi esposa le cayo una gota desde una especie de estalactitas que colgaban del techo.
Para ir a la playa tenias que coger el coche unos 10 minutos, ya que no tenia acceso por la ladera del monte.
