Pros:

バス停のすぐそばにあったため、市街地へのアクセスは良かった。ベッドは柔らかかった。清潔感もあった。

Cons:

すぐそばを通る高速道路の車の音は少し気になった。時期的に宿泊代が高いのは仕方がない。

Conveniently located for visiting relatives

Cons:

There was a good size gap in between door and frame that let light in at night so much so that when I got up during night I walked over and pushed door to make sure it was closed all the way. It was closed fully and locked.

Great service, great food, great staff! Needs a liitle work but overall good stay.
Pros:

The staff was extremely nice all around. Even the restaurant staff while being under staffed over worked and dealing with rude inpatient customers all weekend they still did a great job. Cecilio was exceptionally respectful and attentive even while being disrespected and working the whole front alone. He has a very service-centered spirit. Jefferson was a great bartender even while having to wait tables and not knowing the menu and dealing with rude customers who did not want to wait to be attended . The manager (forgot his name) was also very nice and did his best to accommodate for the inconveniences of not having enough staff. He was very apologetic and accommodating. The food was great and drinks were better. Breakfast was also great. Would be a much better place if it was fully staffed and stayed open longer. The hours are inconvenient when you come in from an event and just want to be close to your stay and have to go out for food or drinks because the hotel restaurant is closed, when its one if the main reasons you chose to get a hotel with restaurant/bar. I asked front desk for a late check out and was promptly told yes. Very much needed and appreciated . And such a big plus for free parking!!!

Cons:

Restaurant hours, there were not enough hanging accessories in the room such as for towels hangers etc.. no laundry bags, Room was nice but a little outdated but a great view and comfortable and clean. Kind of pricey for what it was but overall bot bad
