The perfect place to stay and to get to know and see Taormina
Pros:

Wonderful location and the room was excellent. Amazing view of the Isola Bella from our balcony. The staff were all very welcoming, professional and friendly. It is in a great location a few minutes walk to the Isola Bella beach below and a few minutes walk to the cable car to go up in to Taormina. Breakfast was very good and the view from the Solarium a great start to each day. The pool side bar and afternoon menu were also extremely good.

Cons:

Nothing at the hotel could be faulted. The only disturbance we had was two nights when the sound from a bar next to the Isola Bella beach came up and continued til about 1 AM.

Fabulous find on lower Taormina.
Pros:

Love the location here on the beach level of the town, away from the crowds and chaos of upper Taormina. Gorgeous views, nice terrace, great breakfast outside on an upper floor overlooking the ocean with just about anything you could want. Wonderful staff. Close to good restaurants and cafes. Taxi stand at the end of the street. Cable car to upper Taromina near by.

A room with a view
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location opposite the beach and has great views over Isla Bella. Access to Taromina is very easy by making use of the cable car, which is a few hundred metres away from the hotel. Internally, the hotel is immaculate and exudes a great beach holiday vibe. The communal areas are great, and the 4th floor breakfast/bar area is fantastic and is matched by a superb deck and pool area on the 5th floor. Our room was spacious and had uninterrupted sea views, excellent amenities, and air conditioning. The breakfast served every morning was excellent, offering a wide selection of hot and cold dishes to include fresh fruits, eggs, vegetables, and superb pastries. What makes a stay in this hotel most enjoyable and relaxing is the impeccable staff. Without exception, they were friendly, attentive, and professional.A special shout out to Gabrielle and Rosario, who made our days by the pool most enjoyable, providing exceptional service. Overall, my wife and I had a fantastic stay, and we hope to return.

Cons:

Whilst this was not an issue for my wife and I, the hotel abuts a busy road, and there can be some traffic noise.

Nice relaxing stay.
Pros:

Beautiful view of Isola Bella and very close to the beach. Comfortable clean rooms. Good breakfast and close to the fonicular to go into town.

I can’t say enough about our stay here. The location was perfecto, Gabrielle, Dario, and Katarina were the BEST! The view was simply breathtaking! Easy access to bus, cable car and beach. The pool was amazing and our room was always spotless. The room with the terrace was great! Such a big space

Hotel zdecydowanie za drogi w stosunku do jakości i tego co oferuje klientom, a oferuje niewiele!
Pros:

Jedyny plus to lokalizacja, bo blisko do plaży, czy kolejki linowej by dostać się do centrum.

Cons:

Nie podzielam zachwytu nad tym hotelem, ma świetny widok z tarasu i to tyle, ale od hotelu za taką cenę 4gwiazdkowego oczekuje się czegoś więcej niż widoku z tarasu śniadaniowego, bo można tam się pojawić i zrobić spektakularne zdjęcie. Kwota wcale nie jest adekwatna, do tego co hotelu oferuje i gwarantuje. Wyposażenie pokoju wymaga odświeżenia, widać już starość mebli, pokój nie był odpowiednio wysprzątany - patyczek do uszu innego klienta w łazience, kubki brudne, widać było kurz na lampkach, puszka Coca Coli zdeformowana w lodówce, która niewiadomo czy jest pozostałością po kimś czy produktem, który hotel „przygotował” dla klienta. Na Sycylii standardem w apartamentach bezgwiazdkowych nawet, czy hotelach o „niższej klasie” są ekspresy do kawy, tu nawet tego nie ma i jest próba „oszczędności” na kliencie, który za noc płaci dużo. Łazienka bardzo mała - drzwi po otwarciu stykają się prawie z muszlą, szyba prysznicowa na tyle krótka że można zalać łazienkę, dlatego długi ręcznik rozcielony przez obsługę. Nie ma możliwości sterowania temperaturą klikatyzacji, działa ona na tym samym poziomie, doprowadzając do niskiej temperatury i schłodzenia jak w lodówce. Na śniadaniu w hotelu 4 gwiazdkowym proponowanie klientom za 4 euro jajka na miękko, czy też za 7 euro jajek sadzonych jest żenujące, to co powinno być ciepłe czyli np. Jajecznica z bemarów była po prostu zimna, szparagi niesmaczne, „omlet” zimny i szary i niedobry. Hotel jest przy bardzo ruchliwej ulicy, jest głośno, więc korzystanie z balkonu pokojowego nie jest przyjemnością.

The hotel and service was excellent. The views for the rooms were breathtaking and it was right opposite the Isola Bella beach . All the staff were friendly and helpful especially Gabriele around the pool bar, he couldn’t do enough for us , always smiling and nothing seemed too much to ask .
The hotel provides towels and flip flops and the cleaners came everyday leaving fresh shower towels . We also had a late check out so a room later in the afternoon to shower was really appreciated!

This was a magical stay
Pros:

The staff was amazing! The location and view was amazing and convenient. The breakfast was on a beautiful patio with an amazing spread of food. The service and coffee was fantasticThe volcano erupted when we were there and it caused some flight changes and the staff was very helpful as we looked for alternate flights. The staff at the pool was also very helpful, his name was Gabriel. The hotel was a very short walk to the tram that takes you up the moutain to center city. This was a magical stay!
