Una struttura che non vale il prezzo
Cons:

Ho prenotato una stanza singola, mi sono ritrovata in una camera estremamente piccola, priva di finestre e con soltanto un lucernario sul soffitto. Un ambiente piuttosto claustrofobico, in cui si sente costantemente l'aprirsi e chiudersi delle porte delle camere adiacenti: molto deludente considerando il prezzo pagato.
Avevo inoltre prenotato la spa con giorni di anticipo, aspettandomi di poter usufruire dei servizi al mio arrivo. Tuttavia, la spa era completamente spenta: sauna e sala vapore erano fredde. Ho segnalato il problema alla reception, che ha provveduto ad accendere gli impianti, ma anche dopo 40 minuti la spa era ancora fredda e inutilizzabile.
Il personale alla reception non si è dimostrato affatto disponibile a trovare una soluzione né mi ha proposto alternative, cosa che mi aspetterei da un hotel di questa fascia di prezzo.
Per quanto riguarda la palestra, è composta letteralmente da tre macchinari e poco altro, quindi non aspettatevi una vera area fitness.
L'unico aspetto positivo è stata la colazione, che ho trovato buona e soddisfacente.

Nel complesso, ritengo che l'hotel non valga assolutamente il prezzo richiesto. Per una struttura di questo livello e con queste tariffe, mi sarei aspettata servizi funzionanti e maggiore attenzione alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Pros:

Stylish, clean, friendly. Room air-con was particularly effective and the offer of a wifi pocket router was a reallly nice touch. Great to have a bathroom with a window for once.

Cons:

Downstairs restaurant is quite dark and unappealing and this put us off using it.

Wir sind um 10 Uhr angekommen und eines unserer Zimmer war fertig, wir haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen. Zimmer waren sehr sauber, Klimaanlage perfekt, mehr als genügend Handtücher, Wasser gratis. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Auswahl groß (kennt man in Italien so nicht immer). Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kommt einige Gassen weiter zu zwei verschiedenen U-Bahn-Stationen bzw. auch Busse sind direkt beim Hotel. Da es etwas abseits der Touristenpfade ist, ist es nicht so laut und wir konnten gut schlafen (vor allem auch, weil die Betten besonders bequem waren). Wir hatten ein mehr als positives Urlaubserlebnis.

Pros:

Absolutely great venue, spacious room, we had the junior suite and it was amazing. The staff were great and I enjoyed and afternoon drink in the bar. Highly recommend. Also it's only a 15.minute walk to the trevi Fountain etc, so many restaurants close by.

Cons:

Nothing it was amazing.

Pros:

Soggiorno davvero piacevole! Lo staff si è distinto per disponibilità, accoglienza e professionalità. La struttura si trova in una posizione comoda e ben collegata dai bus. Camera confortevole e ben fornita, con aria condizionata e macchina per caffè e tè. Abbiamo usufruito con molto piacere della SPA e dell’area cocktail bar, perfette per rilassarsi a fine giornata.

Cons:

Unica nota stonata la manutenzione del bagno (pavimento e lavandino un po' macchiati). Ma del resto davvero tutto perfetto

We absolutely loved the beautiful and unique interior of the hotel. It has so much character and feels very elegant. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. A lovely place to stay in Rome.
