I love the jacuzzi! Gym is good, buffet has lots of varieties and near spa, restaurants and cafe. Audi was accommodating and aaron helped with my bags.

Some rooms have a strong cigarette smell even though hotel is non smoking.
O hotel é perfeito. Pequeno almoço muito variado e com qualidade excelente (oferece opções de muita fruta, pão, comida asiática mas também o hóspede também pode pedir omelete/ ovos/ noodles etc no momento, sumos naturais, café de especialidade).
Limpeza funciona muito bem e o quarto era extremamente limpo.
Tive a oportunidade de ir ao spa e recomendo.
A piscina é muito boa e, mesmo não sendo no último andar tem “uma parte exterior” e é ótima.
Ainda, é importante salientar que os quartos são grandes, espaçosos e a cama é muito confortável.
Relativamente à localização, considero que a mesma é ideal para quem quer conhecer a cidade (fica perto de tudo e dá para fazer a pé, como também atrás de grab etc).

the door men, security & dining staffs were excellent. they were not only helpful and welcoming but also genuinely proactive and friendly, which made our experience very pleasant.
breakfast had a limited selection, but everything was carefully and neatly prepared. there could have been more vegetables, though, and the options were the same every day
the room was small and quite noisy, with sounds from neighboring rooms easily carrying through. i booked a king room but was given a queen instead. since i arrived late, tired, and just wanted to sleep, i didn’t bother asking to change rooms, but i was still quite unhappy that the change was made without any prior notice or checking with me.
the window also doesn’t have blackout curtains, as shown in the photos, so the room stays very bright at night, which can make it difficult to fall and stay asleep. light sleepers should keep this in mind. i had to rely on my own sleep mask and earplugs.
the front desk was the worst experience, different staffs repeatedly seemed inexperienced, not just with the room mix-up but also in the way they handled guests. they often asked unnecessary or oddly specific questions with cold, expressionless faces, dismissive manner and an air of condescending attitude which made the interactions feel more like an interrogation than customer service. overall, it ranged from very unpleasant to simply annoying

This place exceeded my expectations, I can't remember all the hostess names I think June one of them allowed me to check in earlier than expected my room was ready. Arrival drink/nibbles while I was waiting to sign - check into my room. I had corner executive suite, 2 beer, 2 water, 2 soft drink DAILY in my fridge, air-con, gym, pool, and the friendly service from the kitchen, Rachel & Ellie was amazing always smiling as you enter each day for breakfast. HUGE array of hot food displays, endless supply of cakes, fruits, juices, tea/coffee, eggs cooked to your liking. I had free vouchers for the week 3-6pm for High Tea, selection of cakes, hot finger foods, and tea of your choice. The amazing bellboys always open the door for you as you walk up the stairs and greet you with a smile.
Only 1 bad thing I can say about this place is one morning it sounded like drilling or banging as if the room was being renevated, but it only lasted for a few hours, other than that not anything to complain about.
