Das Hotel hatte einen Parkplatz, das Fahrzeug war dort wirklich gut aufgehoben. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr alt, das Zimmer duster. Das Bad ist mehr als in die Jahre gekommen. Die spärliche Lampe war verrostet, auch an der Duschkabine nur Rost. Die Toilette war nur oberflächlich gereinigt, die Brille am hinteren Rand dunkel verdreckt. Insgesamt alles sehr schmuddelig. Frühstück wurde nur spärlich aufgefüllt. Es gab zwar Joghurt, dazu Äofel und Bananen am Stück. Hotel wurde hauptsächlich von Arbeitettrupps besucht.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel, für eine Zwischenübernachtung gebucht.
Zimmer war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, völlig ausreichend für einmal schlafen. Frühstück war inklusive.

We arrived at this hotel on September 13, 2026, at 23:00. Right outside, a group of 10-12 men were drinking, smoking, and openly watching cars pull in. I can't say for certain they were connected to the hotel, but they clearly knew each other and did not look like guests to me — and in hindsight, the timing feels like more than coincidence.

At 06:00 the next morning, ready to continue our trip, we found the rear window of our car smashed IN THE HOTEL'S OWN PARKING LOT. Every single one of our belongings was GONE. Stolen. In a lot that is supposedly monitored and secured by the property we paid to stay at.

To hotel management: pointing to a small sign at reception telling guests not to leave valuables in their cars does NOT absolve you of responsibility. If you operate a parking lot for paying guests, it is YOUR obligation to install proper camera coverage across the ENTIRE lot and provide real security — not a laminated disclaimer. This is your property. Protecting the people who sleep there is not optional.

And when we went to reception, furious and asking for answers? The ENTIRE response we got, over and over, was: "This is Italy..."

That's it. No apology. No accountability. No urgency. Just a shrug dressed up as an explanation.

If you value your safety, your belongings, or basic respect from hotel staff after something like this happens — do not stay here.
