A Good Hotel for a 2 Night Stay in Dresden - But we had to upgrade at a €70 cost to get an acceptable room!
Pros:

The room we stayed in was comfortable and spacious - but to get this we had to upgrade to a room in the main building (see below). There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the parking was convenient and easy to access

Cons:

I booked a standard room through Booking.com. However there was no indication that the room booked was actually in an annex about 1 km walk from reception!. We checked in late and the first I knew about the annex was when we were directed out the back door and saw the distance involved, and the concrete steps and that it was in the dark! My wife is registered disabled and there is no way she could have got to that annex room! Fortunately we were able to upgrade to a room in the main building - but this was at a cost of €70. So I’m not really very happy about this! When I checked the ‘City Hotel’ website does differentiate the main building rooms from the annex rooms. However if you book on Booking.com there is no differentiation.
So I am really not happy about the extra unexpected cost! And the situation with the annex rooms needs to be clearer at the point of booking!

Schöne Umgebung aber wohl nicht mehr in dem Hotel
Pros:

Gute Lage und schöne Außenanlagen

Cons:

Keinen zweiten Schlüssel ( 2 Personen DZ ).
Kein freie Benutzung Spa im Preis inbegriffen.
22 Euro für das Frühstück ist in meinen Augen
Schon frech..da das Angebot nicht hergab

Lage in Radebeul sehr gut.
Das Schwimmbad war sehr schön, allerdings zu teuer, um mal kurz hineinzugehen.
Das Persolal insbesondere für Kinder sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ( vor Allem der Teppich) sollte mal renoviert werden.
Der Preis der Tiefgarage wurde leider nicht klar kommuniziert.

Ansonsten haben wir uns gut erholt im Urlaub.
Pros:

Wir waren 7 Tage alleine in der Villa, dadurch war es sehr angenehm ruhig. Wir hatten einen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne.

Cons:

Stundenlange störende Lüftergeräusche von Bad und Toilette, was sich nicht abstellen ließ. Außerdem wurde nur Saubergemacht, wenn man es ein Tag vorher angemeldet hat. Handtücher wurden gewechselt.

Cons:

Ich habe extra ein Hotel mit Pool gebucht. Als wir abends schwimmen gehen wollten war er schon geschlossen. Am nächsten Tag musste ich für mich und mein Kind noch extra Eintritt für den Pool bezahlen. Und da ich nicht für die Hotelkette gebucht hatte waren es gleich mal 17.50€.absolute Frechheit!

Cons:

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel von A-Z nicht gefallen. Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich. Das Zimmer war schmutzig, verwohnt, die Klimaanlage war defekt. Es lief so das Wasser daraus.
Das Frühstück war eher "na ja", keine Auswahl an Wurst und Käse, alles sehr lieblos.

Wir können auf keinen Fall das Hotel empfehlen!
