Pros:

Ich war positiv überrascht von der Badewanne aber leider hatten wir nachts ( nach der Arbeit) kein warmes Wasser mehr. Ansonsten alle total nett, sehr bemüht, schnell und bedacht. Man fühlt sich sofort angekommen.

Cons:

Nachts kein warmes Wasser!

Waren nur 1 Nacht Chris Norman Konzert! Es war alles top! Freundlichkeit, Frühstück, Lage. Beim nächsten Graz Aufenthalt eine bevorzugte Adresse!!!!

Tolle Lage für akzeptablen Preis
Pros:

Ich kenne das Hotel noch von früher wo es unter anderem Namen geführt wurde, und schon damals wie heute haben mich die Lage, der Komfort sowie das freundliche Personal nicht enttäuscht.

Cons:

Es ist löblich, dass eine detailliert aufgeschlüsselte Rechnung geschickt wird - nur beim Frühstück hätte ich mir hinsichtlich Auswahl am Frühstücks Buffet verglichen mit anderen Hotels doch etwas mehr Auswahl erwartet, wie ich es vom vorherigen „Inhaber“ gewohnt war.

zentrumsnah, Tramhaltestelle gegenüber

Cons:

Standardzimmer ist sehr klein.
für 2 Personen unmöglich, kein Platz, um einen Koffer abzustellen!
Nach deutschen Kriterien ist das nur ein 3-Sterne Hotel!

NettesPersonal sauber , gut gelegen!
Pros:

Frühstück war gut das Zimmer klein aber sauber und ordentlich Lage ist gut die Innenstadt ist in 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar wir waren auf der Durchreise dafür war es perfekt!
