Det säger allt att vi förlängde vår bokning redan 1a dagen och stannade 3 nätter längre än planerat
Pros:

Middagarna på à la carte restaurangen var helt otroliga med goda lokala råvaror, fantastiska lokala och italienska viner och personalen och deras service var något alldeles extra. Även lunchrestaurangen som vi åt på först sista dagen var fantastisk. Strålande service med dryck och snacks under dagarna. Väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga med allt från restaurangrekommendationer till taxikontakter och bokningar.

Cons:

Om man ska gräva fram något som inte var helt oslagbart, då det mesta var exemplariskt, så var frukosten något torftig.

Cons:

They ran out of vodka and spirit (very poor) and I was very disappointed with the meal in the restaurant and they were under staffed at various times of the day. Breakfast was good though

Pros:

Amazing location and we had a superb outlook across the bay. The restaurant on site served very good food. the room was clean and tidy and comfortable.

Cons:

Room service could be improved and the acquisition of a golf cart to take guests with mobility issues in particular up and down to the hotel from the car park. Wifi a bit iffy.

Ci è piaciuto talmente tanto che li sul momento abbiamo riprenotato anche per il weekend successivo :)
Pros:

Tutto perfetto. Servizio eccellente, pulizia, e staff gentilissimi, super garbati e alla mano, ci hanno accolto con il sorriso e la disponibilità massima nonostante i 40°. Tutto bellissimo. E il valore di quella colazione vista mare nella tranquillità assoluta è inestimabile, per non parlare della qualità dei prodotti sia della colazione che di entrambi i ristoranti :)

Un giorno e mezzo in paradiso.
Pros:

Posizione fantastica con visuale sulla baia di Sorgeto. Piscine termali con doppia esposizione, su Sorgeto e su Sant'Angelo. Staff disponibilissimo e sempre reattivo. Cibo ottimo. Assolutamente consigliato.

Cons:

Non ho trovato alcun aspetto da migliorare.
Il solo consiglio è fare di tutto per mantenere lo stesso livello di passionne e di disponibilità che tutto lo staff ha dimostrato nei nostri confronti.

Das offizielle Leben im Hotel beginnt erst um 8h. Kein Frühstück, keine Rezeption vorher.
