Все супер ще до них вернусь обовʼязково

Персонал завжди готовий піти на зустріч гостям і вирішити різні питання в мене в номері не працював кондиціонер я набрала на рецепцію і мене безкоштовно переселили в інший номер дуже хороший сервіс і ресторан рекомендую

В целом персонал хороший, только заезд получился "тяжелый"

Нам поменяли 4 номера пока мы не получили работающий кондиционер! Это заняло почти 3 часа ! Мы уже думали поменять отель и сказали об этом на ресепшене , так сразу получили "нормальный" номер

Unprofessional and technical issues.

Breakfast is good. Thank you.

Cons:

Power outage in room. But such things happen. Not the worst.
But...
We had a big red "DO NOT DISTURB" sign hanging off the door handle. Staff still looked into room two hours before check-out.
No noise was being made, no reason to check situation. I had just taken a shower and was in a towel, thankfully.
This is honestly the most baffling thing. Totally unprofessional.
What is the point of such a sign if it will be ignored so easily?
