I really liked the location and the huge parking space for cars. The staff was friendly and polite.

Неодноразово зупинялися тут і, думаю, ще не раз повернемося.
Готель залишає дуже хороше враження: чисто, затишно, смачні сніданки. Великим плюсом є цілодобова стійка реєстрації, безкоштовний паркінг та бар, який працює 24/7. Завжди можна випити келих вина чи чашку чаю і комфортно провести час у лобі.
Окремо хочеться відзначити привітний та уважний персонал, який створює приємну атмосферу для гостей.
Цього разу, щоправда, були й деякі незручності. У номері був дуже слабкий напір води, а зранку заважав шум із боку даху — ймовірно, від вентиляції чи технічного обладнання. Також здивувала відсутність чорного чаю на сніданку, адже зазвичай він є стандартною позицією.
Сподіваюся, що це були тимчасові труднощі, а не нова тенденція, і наступного разу наше перебування буде таким же комфортним, як і раніше.

Регистрация была очень нервной!!!мне даже пришлось попросить администратора говорить потише ,а не орать.Женщина с огромными губами была очень нервная и высокомерная,это испортило настроение.Я никогда не получал такого хамского обращения в вашем отеле.Я ваш клиент на протяжении многих лет.Сам являюсь собственником отелей в Эстонии и прекрасно знаю как нужно работать с клиентами.
