Balcony was great nice clean bathroom
No coffee in the room only decaffeinated went to reception but it wasn’t open till 8 am
Two single mattresses that weren’t even may as well been a single bed

big place, difficult to navigate, easy to get lost
The room was large and spacious and the price was reasonable.
The hotel is very run down and in need of renovation. The air conditioning unit in my room was very noisy. The bed was quite uncomfortable. A separate shower, rather than one over the bath, would have been better.

Bathroom fan ran 24hrs a day. Very noisy

Stayed in room for 4 people. Had to ask for a second card for the room. Only 2 pillows on king size bed, had to ask for 2 more. Pillows smelt damp

The hotel was very quiet so many room options available. First room I was given was cold, smelly, stained carpets and several light bulbs out. Very friendly staff swapped my room but why give me such a shocking room in the first place when the hotel was virtually empty and many options of the same grade room were available.

Bed were comfortable. Nice quiet location.
There werent enough crockery and ultensils for 3 people. Had to ask staff to bring extra. Also no dish cloth or tea towel.
The rooms were large, the staff very lovely and friendly. The layout of the hotel was a little awkward but very unique and added to the charm. Shower pressure was decent. Free parking
Our room was close to the parking lot and the door would slam behind the people entering and exiting, causing a loud bang to echo, woke up very early to that. No noise reduction.
The furniture had paint chips as did the walls and bathtub.
With such a reputation they once had, I feel the price no longer reflects what you are getting in terms of value or comfort
Easy process nice view and cool staff
Sky was very basic no movies or discovery or interesting channels. Place needs a little work to bring it back up to a high level hotel.
Big and spacious bed was comfortable and the staff was amazing
When spoke to young gentleman at the desk 2 upgrade TV services he wasn't able 2. The mobile number on back of card to room no one ever answered it
