Nice location and friendly staff, but we think this hotel is overpriced, not what we expected.

Cons:

Very noisy, we could hear everything from our neighbors, rooms are definitely not sound proof. We used earplugs every night. Beach looks ugly, concrete flooring.

Pros:

Overall, the hotel is good, with a small beach and a small pool. The rooms are excellent, with a modern and fresh renovation.

However, there are some issues with the service. In the main restaurant, the staff often seemed either too slow or simply not enough in number, which affected the overall experience.

We were also surprised by the showers on the beach. They looked very stylish and modern, but in practice they were almost impossible to use. It made us wonder why such modern-looking facilities were installed if they are not functional. There were quite a few moments like this, where we simply did not understand the purpose or logic behind certain things.

Maybe our impression was also influenced by the fact that this was the second part of our holiday. We spent the first part in Italy, and, to be honest, the Italian service was much better than what we experienced at this hotel.

In general, the hotel itself is nice, but the service and some practical details definitely need improvement.

Pros:

Absolute joke. STAY AWAY. They shouted at me and my wife, after harassing us and telling us our room was not availible although prepaid. Still fighting to get a refund. This is a fraud and should be taken off the platform
