Quarto ótimo, tamanho bom, vista linda
Serviço ruim, funcionários atenciosos, porém completamente despreparados, mal treinados. Móveis da praia e do restaurante muito velhos, danificados, feios e mal cuidados. Café da manhã ruim, poucas opcoes de frutas, ovos aguados e sem sabor

We were now the 5th or 6th time in this hotel. So, we really like this place. The staff is also very kind and attentive, especially the always well-mooded Fabrice at the Restaurant.

Nothing!
For starters, if you choose a “room with balcony with sea view” - it is very likely that they will give you the most lateral room possible, which has a frontal view of the front house and the protruding balcony of the next hotel room and somehow diagonally you can see the sea... An inexplicable trickery for me, and the hotel was not even full...
The beautiful umbrellas and sun loungers are placed on a concrete platform baked by the sun. No landscaping, just concrete. The sea was quite dirty, so in the end I didn't even bother to go in once.
LOVED our stay here. Perfect riveria stay. Food was great - all our meals were delicious. The pool was wonderful and access to the med was ideal. Our rooms were spacious with wonderful private outdoor space and views of the water. We were happy to be there even though the airline lost our luggage, so I think that says a lot! We will be back.
