Todo es espectacular, cala con bajada privada al mar y una atención sobresaliente, sobre todo de “fabrice” que es un profesional de los pies a la cabeza , ofreciéndonos un trato diario muy elegante y señorial , en resumen mucho lujo

la plage privée tellement paisible et la vue exceptionnelle . Un moment de calme et de repos absolument dns le massif de l'esterel nous avons adoré cette pause magique.

Un goût de Riviera dans un bel écrin.
Pros:

Vue et accès à la mer. Personnel très bienveillant. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Coût élevé du parking de l’hôtel. Véhicule indispensable car hôtel en dehors de la ville.

Schöne Lage, sehr schlechter Service

Die Lage ist unheimlich schön!

Cons:

Leider war das Personal nicht wirklich angemessen aufmerksam für ein 5-Sterne Hotel. Egal was man fragt, die Antwort ist immer erstmal “nein” und alles ist ein Problem. Angefangen bei der Tischwahl, über das Buchen des Tennisplatzes, bis hin zum Checkout. Alles ist total unflexibel und nie ist jemand zuständig. Egal was man bestellt, es kommt erst beim dritten Mal nachfragen und allem muss man hinterher rennen. Der Kaffee ist eine schreckliche Milchpulver-Plörre und es gibt einen Siebträger, den niemand bedienen kann. Er wird ausschließlich dafür genutzt, heißes Wasser zu bekommen. Ziemlich schlechter Service, wir sind sogar einen Tag eher abgereist. Wenn die Lage nicht so schön wäre, wäre der Urlaub leider ein teurer Reinfall gewesen.

5-Sterne Hotel geht zu Bruch, ist zu teuer und kann nur noch wegen Lage existieren!

Die Lage ist wunderschön, auch die Möglichkeiten Sauna, Pool und Meer sind sehr gut.

Cons:

Nach über 10 Jahren muss ich die Daten immer wieder neu eingeben. Die Rechnung konnte mangels Drucker nicht erstellt werden, ging dann per E-mail an die falsche Adresse. Am Meer gab es für die vielen Liegen mehr Reservierungen als Gäste, ist völlig daneben. Die Sauna leidet immer mehr, der Abfluss in der Dusche funktioniert schon seit Jahren nicht richtig, jetzt ist auch die Eismaschine angeblich kaputt und die Tür zur Sauna schließt nicht mehr. Wenn nicht die Lage wäre, würden wir nicht mehr kommen wollen!
