Beautiful location but does not live up to five stars.
Pros:

Fantastic location! Beautiful hotel and rooms.
The staff were friendly.
We went for breakfast at the hotel in the hills one day. The service and the views were top class. I think the waitress was Gabriella. Amazing! The breakfast was still a bit boring but the service outweighed that fact. The staff by the beach should take a course with her.

Cons:

It’s a shame that the resort is not run better. It has all the makings of being a five star resort but it fails on a number of ways. We went to the pool/beach club twice. No one came to ask if we wanted to buy anything to drink. My husband went up to get a menu. Still no staff around. All of them hanging around in the restaurant. We got tired of that and went to the beach club 5 minutes away and that was excellent. We ate at the restaurant the first night. Expensive, but that would be okay if the service was okay. The staff are friendly but it’s like mom and dad left the kids to work without directions. They didn’t even ask if we wanted anything to drink with our dinner. Rest of the nights we went to other restaurants in town. Top class. If I was the owner of this place I would be furious. The amount of lost income must be enormous. Also the breakfast is not 5 star.

Świetna lokalizacja z dala od dużych kurortów.
Pros:

Różnorodne, świeże i smaczne śniadania. Przyjemna i spokojna lokalizacja.

Cons:

Wiatr potrafi nawiać z morza śmieci do zatoki. Nie jest to wina hotelu, ale może się zdarzyć.

Pros:

La proposition en terme de petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur de l'établissement. Le perdonnel est très bien mais la nourriture est peu variée et pas de grande qualité.
en revanche le restaurant du soir était très bon

I really enjoyed the beautiful hotel, the comfortable room, and the amazing views. The hotel was very nice overall, and the beach was absolutely beautiful. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing, with limited choice and poor service. The beach bar was also not great, as the menu had limited options and the prices were quite high for what you received.
