Outstanding Stay with Exceptional Front Desk Service and Impeccable Housekeeping
Pros:

I had an excellent and truly memorable stay at this location, and I’m very grateful for the outstanding service from the entire team.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home right away. Housekeeping truly stood out—everything was consistently spotless, refreshed, and thoughtfully taken care of throughout my stay.

I also want to give a special thank you to Dinesh and Sid at the front desk. They went above and beyond in every interaction—always kind, patient, and ready to help with anything needed. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made a big difference and really elevated the overall experience.

Overall, I left feeling very thankful for such warm service, great attention to detail, and a team that clearly cares about its guests. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We slept, beds were comfortable, ate and left. Breakfast was okay, and overall was just okay.
Cons:

The unusual bathroom layout (a separate room for the toilet and a lying sink, and another bathroom for the shower and another sink) felt wrong. We’ve been twice during our travels because it’s conveniently located, but because of weird room layouts and slippery bathroom floors, we’re going to pass on staying at this Hampton Inn again.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Let us check in early at no cost, after we had to check out of La Quinta due to dissatifying experience. Made us feel very welcome.
Breakfast was good and hot. Room was nice size, clean, and comfortable. Will stay here again next time we are in San Antonio.
