Lovable familiar facilities and value, unfortunate and unforgettable urine and pet smell.
Pros:

As always, Hamptons have an experience with the hotel and facilities that I’ve come to appreciate. Hamptons are always my first choice.

Cons:

While I agree pets need to be accommodated, I’m am against having pets on all floors. If that is the policy that has evolved, fine. However, my room smelled like urine so badly that I asked to be moved. Once moved it a was better, but when I was at the work station in the room I caught more feint smells of urine. I implore you to limit pets to a single floor or floors

Great stay makes for a great day!
Pros:

We love the comfort, the quiet and the size of the rooms. The staff was friendly and the location was 5 mins from the hospital I was having my surgery at. This is our go to hotel when staying in San Antonio!
