Made our Auckland stay for Medical reasons so much easier than it might have been!
Pros:

Great location, Very clean and tidy. Excellent facilities in room, parking on site. Lovely food at restaurant. Very high standard of service from all staff, especially Brent who was so helpful when we needed to extend our stay.

Pros:

The view from the balcony is the best.
Value for money the tariff.
Central to everything...minutes from motorway.... safe secure parking...great restaurant..safe secure..24 hours concierge..
Wonderful helpful welcoming staff..rooms clean..Great cleaning staff..so attentive to anything required...

Cons:

Having to leave that beautiful view

A good price and convenient if your conference is at the same venue
Pros:

A value for money hotel. It was very convenient to stay at the same location as the conference I was attending. It had all the basics - including great water pressure in the shower!

Cons:

Reception staff were not friendly, not outright rude, but not friendly. The hotel is not convenient for looking around Auckland CBD (for example tour groups don't pick up from here).

Another fabulous stay.
Pros:

Always love staying here. The location is so peaceful with lovely views. Love that the rooms are so spacious, with all you need, and have very comfy beds. The staff are always welcoming and accommodating. Being able to park so easily at no extra cost is a huge bonus in central Auckland.

Pros:

Friendly staff and very affordable for a location close to the CBD. Parnell restaurant strip is a 10-15 minute walk.

Cons:

Room had an odour when first entering.

Ideal location , close to town centre . modern and clean.
Pros:

Very well equipped room and quiet, we were on the ground floor ,which I like. The TV has got wifi, Netflix and you tube plus all the local and international channels. the kitchen has got everything allthoug we only stayed one night and did not cook. Bed was very comfy and lots of towels in the bathroom and bedroom. Also plenty free parking. Breakfast was great. Walking distance to Parnell restaurant, bars, superette and bottle store.

Cons:

When you shower the water floods the bathroom floor a bit. I believe they are going to refurbish the bathrooms.

Parnell prime stay!
Pros:

That everything was so convenient from the parking to the room. Thank you for being so accommodating and the upgrade blew us away and really made my teenage sons weekend! So thank you very much
