Great location
Pros:

Perfect location. Right in the centre. Was fine for a short stay.

Cons:

Had to hand the key back to the receptionist when going out for “safe keeping”. I wasn’t comfortable with that. I kept any valuables on me or locked in my suitcase.

The location is amazing and the owner/manger was really helpful and polite.

Cons:

The other staff were so rude and impolite. The front desk of the hotel is open 24 hours. When we got there the owner made sure we knew the front desk was 24 hours so we could come and go as we please. Every single night we came back late because we’re young and we’re staying out late and making the most of our holiday. We picked this hotel purely for the location and 24 hours front desk because it suits how we enjoy holidays. Every single time we came back late, the night staff member that was on shift would let you in and they’d be so rude and angry towards you every single time. They’d let us in and we’d say thank you and they’d just give us evil looks and not even say a word to us. Some days we could hear them muttering something angry towards us under their breath. It is your job as a night shirt worker to let us into the hotel at the time we come back as it’s a 24 hour hotel, don’t be childish and hurt feelings when we come back at 3am thank you.

Pros:

Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione centrale dell' hotel, i gestori sono stati gentili e disponibili.

Cons:

L'unica nota negativa è stato il materasso non si poteva dormire scomodissimo e i cuscini troppo alti.
Inoltre dalle foto che ho visto su booking le camere sembravano carine

Posizione strategica. Lo staff è a disposizione H24, questo permette di lasciare la chiave della stanza lì e di riprenderla quando si torna così da non avere sempre ansia di perderla. Ottimo come punto d'appoggio o per rilassarsi un paio di giorni mentre si visita la città.

Cons:

Mancanza dell'ascensore ma non è una tragedia!

Nice stay in a nice place
Pros:

The hotel is right in the centre of Brussels which is a really nice (but pricey) city. It's very accessible with a lot of nice buildings, nice restaurants and an amazing variety of beer.

The accommodation is er, compact but it has all the facilities and was very comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing really, a lift would have been nice but to be fair, they did warn you that they didn't have one.

Lo justo para dormir
Pros:

Aunque está en plena plaza céntrica llena de restaurantes, apenas molestaba el sonido. No esperes comodidades, es un 2 estrellas. Lo justo para ducha y dormir.

Cons:

Las camas son muy blandas y parece que estés en un colchón de agua. El baño es muy pequeño, te das con las paredes, a personas grandes les resultará incómodo. Las fotos del interior del hotel no coinciden con la habitación que me tocó, no puedo decir si el resto son correctas.
