La ubicación es buena pero solo tiene este aspecto aceptable.

Cons:

El personal es muy antipático. Uno de los chicos nos robó dinero con la excusa de que la habitación triple que habíamos reservado no podíamos dormir 3 personas. Nos hizo pagar 30€ extra y en efectivo para quedárselos él. Absolutamente decepcionante. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, camas incómodas y no especialmente limpio.

Excelente Custo-benefício. Voltaria a me hospedar lá
Pros:

Excelente localização, muito próximo da estação de trem e metrô Central, a 100m da Grand Place, restaurantes e lojas ao redor.

Cons:

Peguei um quarto no 2o andar, mas fui avisada ao reservar o quarto que não teria elevador no Hotel. Porém os funcionários me ajudaram com a mala. São muito educados e prestativos

positivo, mi ha fatto apprezzare Bruxelles

posizione molto comoda per una visita del centro città, posteggio a pagamento molto vicino

Me gustó mucho la ubicación. Estaba cerca de todo lo turístico. La ventana daba a la plaza y la vista era linda. El agua salía caliente.

La habitación era pequeña para dos personas. El baño era aún más pequeño. Faltaban enchufes cerca de la cama.

If you like to hear drilling through the night, stay there

Very central, easy check-in process

Cons:

They were DRILLING on the upstairs floor all through the night, way past midnight! I expected the hotel to not be the most quiet place, with it being so central, but I didn't expect that they'd be doing works throughout the night. When they were done drilling, they started hammering. I barely slept. As others also pointed out, cleanliness is clearly not a priority there either. There were hairs from previous guests all over the room and the bathroom is in desperate need of repair. We won't be going back
