The mattress was very uncomfortable
The property was clean. Both the gym and the pool was available during my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was multiple blankets
I booked the hotel because it was affordable, close to the casino and had a shuttle, but when I arrived, they told me that the shuttle was only for Friday and Saturdays. The extra money that I spent in Ubers could’ve just went to staying at Mohegan Sun Casino.

Nothing, really everything was a breeze.
Everything is great at the Hyatt in Uncasville! Staff are helpful, friendly and patient; hotel is quiet, super clean and very convenient to the casino and other travel itinerary. Very affordable. Although I didn't eat breakfast there this time, it has been just great in the past.
