Ok, aber nicht außergewöhnlich

Die Lage, die Terrasse

Cons:

Von einem Radisson Hotel hätte ich mir ein « edleres » Frühstück erwartet. Nirgends stand angeschrieben, dass man auch extra was bestellen kann, wie zB Spiegeleier. Kein Lachs, kein Fisch aufgeschnittener Schinken, kein Sekt, kein servierter Kaffee, nur Automat. Insgesamt scheint das Hotel sehr beim Personal und beim Outfit zu sparen. Die Stehlampe beim Sofa funktioniert nur, wenn man den Hauptlichtschalter einschaltet, der auch die allgemeine Beleuchtung einschaltet, was natürlich nicht hilfreich ist, wenn nur eine Person noch etwas lesen möchte und die andere Person bereits schlafen will.

Charakterloses City Hotel wie überall. Aber sauber, technisch auf letztem Stand, alles okay, aber nichts für Individualisten

Cons:

Das Frühstück war um 22 EURO pro Person enttäuschend. Die scrambled eggs waren eine farblose Masse. Die Auswahl an Brot klein. Der Käse war von der Marke "Geschmacklos".

Da wird jeder Cent zweimal umgedreht.

Das Ambiente des Frühstücksraums ist frostig steril.

Generation very nice stay (except for breakfast)
Pros:

Check-in staff was perfect, helpful, friendly! Just outstanding!

Cons:

Breakfast-stuff has a lot of potential! The management should take more care. Irrelevant when you join breakfast, the staff is stressed, mostly not available or “not responsible”. And food often runs out (e.g. bread)

Mittelprächiger Aufenthalt. Mit den Mankos, die wir hatten, nicht die Sterne wert.
Pros:

Zimmer war sehr schön ausgestattet, die Lage ist super zentral, das Frühstück sehr vielfältig und gut. Toll war auch die Wasserstation in der Lobby. Parkhaus direkt neben dem Hotel mit Lift in die Lobby.

Cons:

Das Doppelbett (oder franz. Bett) hatte nur eine große Decke. Es gab keine Zusatzdecken oder Polster. Um 22.15 Uhr freitags gab es keine Cocktails mehr an der Hotelbar. Aber alle anderen Getränke. Nachher um 23.00 Uhr im Zimmer beim Duschen bemerkt, dass der Duschkopf gebrochen war. Anscheinend hat der Vorgast es nicht gemeldet und das Putzpersonal nicht bemerkt. Er war nur draufgesteckt, als das Wasser mit Druck kam, sprang der Duschkopf ab und ließ sich auch nicht wieder festschrauben. In der Nacht 03.00 erstmals bemerkt, wie heiß es im Zimmer ist und dann, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert. Wegen Stadtlage und Lärm, konnte man auch das Fenster nicht öffnen. Beim Check-out sagte man uns, dass was an der Klimaanlage gemacht wurde. Also hatte man schon beim Check-in gewusst, dass sie nicht funktioniert. Ich schlafe gerne kalt, daher ist Klimaanlage ein Muss. Die Dame nahm unsere Beschwerden nur zur Kenntnis, keine Entschuldigung oder Bedauern. Ich weiß sie kann nichts dafür, aber sie repräsentiert das Unternehmen und das hinterließ bei uns keinen guten Eindruck.

Unfreundlich und Dreckiges Zimmer, Sauberkeit fehl am Platz. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!

Sehr unfreundlicher Empfang beim Check-in. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, Haare vom vorherigen Gast auf den Möbel sowie im Bett, ekelhaft. Ein entgegenkommen des Hotels kam nicht in Frage da diese mit der Ausrede kamen, dass die Reservierung über Booking erfolgte. Um eine Rechnung für den Aufenthalt zu erhalten, war das gleiche Problem. Das Zimmer hatte nur Badewanne und keine Dusche als auch keine Nespresso Maschine wie in den meisten 4 Sterne Hotels. Habe schon sehr viele Hotels gebucht, aber so ein unfreundlicher Empfang hätte ich mir nie vorstellen können. Also ich kann von diesem Hotel nur abraten, es gibt sehr gute Hotels in Linz aber Bitte dieses auf keinen Fall die 4 Sterne wert...
