Pros:

Wir hatten ein außergewöhnlich schönes Zimmer mit einem tollen Balkon. Da unser Zimmer im 7. Stock lag, konnten wir einen wunderschönen Blick über Linz genießen. Besonders bei schönem Wetter war die Aussicht einfach traumhaft.

Pros:

Personalul a fost amabil, camera a fost curată. Hotelul este amplasat în centrul vechi și are o parcare generoasă.

Cons:

Nu cred că ar trebui să aibă 4 stele pentru că nu oferă papuci, halat, iar camera nu are frigider. Ar trebui să aibă un tarif de parcare mai redus decât cel al parcărilor publice din zonă.

Nedoporučuji, v garáži pod hotelem se krade!!!
Cons:

Velkým problémem byla krádež našeho cyklistického silničního kola z auta v garážích pod hotelem a následná neochota personálu vzniklou situaci vůbec řešit. Bylo pro nás velkým nepříjemným překvapením, když jsme na recepci hotelu krádež nahlásili a personál nám nechtěl zavolat ani policii. Vůbec žádná pomoc, stroze nám jen sdělili, že garáž pod jejich hotelem je jiného vlastníka, tudíž se jich to vůbec netýká. Následně tvrdili, že je to první případ, který se v garážích stal, ale pozor policie říkala, že je to bohužel častý jev. Máme štěstí, že jsme jazykově vybaveni a mohli jsme situaci řešit nakonec sami. Takový přístup by člověk ve 4**** hotelu opravdu nečekal :-(
