Nice and clean hotel
Pros:

Modern & clean room was ideal & bathroom clean

Cons:

Could have had more choice on the breakfast & wasn’t quite as close to the Arena as I’d hoped.

Came to Birmingham primarily for theatre, great clean hotel in great location
Pros:

Easy check in, central location. Theatre and shopping area all within walking distance. Room, bathroom etc very clean. Friendly staff

So good for the price
Pros:

Simple but nice decor, the overall feel and ambience of the hotel was lovely, really nice lighting throughout and even smelled good.

Cons:

Getting in and out of the garage was a slight pain but the staff were so lovely and helpful I didn't even mind

Great value for money in a city centre hotel, but avoid the hot breakfast.

Great value for money hotel in the city centre.

Cons:

Awful hot breakfast for the price. Worst Hotel scramble eggs I've ever had. They tasted watery hard and rank. All the sausages in the container were joined together with what looked like string. They tasted ok,as did the bacon.

The hash brown were soggy and not crisp, and the coffee tasted very average, not bean roasted.

The orange juice was obviously done with orange syrup added with water and tasted awful.

I did n't try any other part of the breakfast. This was they only part of the hotel that let it down, but breakfast is very important to me in a hotel stay.
