Very nice hotel
Pros:

Just about to leave this hotel after a very comfortable night's stay. Bed was comfy, shower was clean,breakfast was fantastic.Reception staff were friendly, easy check-in. Central location. The only drawback was the traffic noise but its a city centre hotel so that's only to be expected (I always have my window open at night).I was on the second floor so was a bit closer to it.

Great value - my go to hotel in Birmingham
Pros:

I've written other reviews addressing the irks, but they're mostly minor (apart from one). But the key thing for me is - I travel to Birmingham many times a year and I will always stay here if I can. For me the combination of location, hotel itself and the price are unbeatable. Yes I think the upstairs lounge was much better before because it had character - but it's still nice. Just a bit...bland. Staff are lovely, beds are comfy, air con works very well, not very noisy and a great location. What more do you need?

Cons:

Code entry for room doors is an awful idea, especially one that requires a NINE character code (including * and #). Extractors in the bathroom aren't the best at clearing the fog from a shower, to put it mildly. That's it though....

Pros:

Les chambres étaient grandes, les lits confortables, la salle de bain fonctionnel
Le personnel très sympa

Cons:

Les prises USB à côté droit du lit ne fonctionnent pas. De plus, il y a une odeur désagréable provenant des canalisations dans la salle de bain le matin.

Value for money and would definitley rebook.
Pros:

The staff were welcoming and helpful. There was parking nearby and it was only a 10-15 minute walk into the city centre. We were pleasantly surprised by the standard of the breakfast.

A pleasant hotel for a short stay.
Pros:

A nice modern hotel which lives up to its expectation.
It has all modern amenities which provides comfort during your stay.
The staff were friendly and check-in/out was extremely quick.

Cons:

Parking is limited, only 10-12 spaces on a 24hour parking outside. but it is right outside the front door.
There was no iron in the room, I don't know if you can borrow this from reception but I assume you can.
