We really enjoyed our stay the all the staff was so lovely since we got there till we left xx it’s great location not far from city centre , it’s lovely clean really comfortable hotel the lounge area is also very nice lovely
Séjour sans soucis et conforme à un bon confort d'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner à volonté est bon et fait bien plaisir. Très bon rapport qualité-prix global, et emplacement pas très beau mais proche du centre (difficile de faire plus beau à Birmingham...).

Overall very happy with my stay, in the centre of the city with walking distance nearly everywhere what would you want to see in the Birmingham city centre. Breakfast very good, lotof choices,staff very professional, and well enough polite to make you comfortable. Only very slight issue, there was no toilet brush. But for one night stay only I did not ask. Otherwise, very pleased, recommend !!

To be honest I really didn't like the area it was just a 5 minute walk to the city centre but I was approached twice by dodgy looking characters just feet away from the hotel and I didn't feel safe

Very good location for Birmingham New Street Railway station and O2 Academy. Very clean, cleanly decorated with good en-suite facilities, friendly, helpful staff, room fitted with blackout curtains, good length of stay (early check-in and later departure time), good breakfast. There was also a good view from our window!
Only 1 lift working was a disadvantage. Breakfast was a bit expensive but worth it for convenience. No real information in the rooms about breakfast times etc...
