- Enter the pedestrian zone (Quai des Bateliers) as far as the terminal
- Ring the bell and indicate the access code provided by the hotel (please contact

- On your left you will find rue des Couples, ring the bell every second

Klasse !
Pros:

Das historische Haus mit moderner Ausstattung. Die Freundlichkeit und Professionalität des Personals. Die Lage war topp. Ein tolles Frühstück. Das einzige Manko war der doch sehr umständliche Weg zum Hotel.

Un établissement de qualité, idéalement placé.
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé dans un bâtiment typique de l'architecture alsacienne. il a été rénové en 2009. En conséquence, les équipements sont récents et d'un très bon niveau. Les chambres sont climatisées, ce qui fut très apprécié en période de canicule. Le personnel à l'accueil et dans les étages est souriant et compétent. Ma chambre donnait sur la cour intérieure, ce qui m'a permis de dormir dans le silence. Etant à l'étage, la chambre ouvrait sur une petite terrasse très agréable. Les petites friandises à l'arrivée dans la chambre ajoutent une note d'attention bienvenue. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, diversifié et d'excellente qualité. L'établissement se situe à quelques pas de la zone de la cathédrale, un peu en retrait, ce qui évite l'agitation touristique.

Personal extrem freundlich und Hilfsbereit! Zimmer sehr schön. Hund war herzlich willkommen

Cons:

Leider konnte man erst ab ca. 08:30 im Innenhof Frühstücken. Grundsätzlich verständlich um die Gäste in den Zimmern oberhalb des Innenhofes nicht zu stören. Da aber schon früh Führungen direkt neben dem Frühstücksbereich stattfinden (Menschen die sich auch fröhlich unterhalten) und dann auch Fotos etc. im Innenhof des Hotels gemacht werden ist dies nicht ganz nachvollziehbar. Auch ohne die Tasse Kaffee kann man im Innenhof miteinander reden ...;-) und dadurch evtl. andere stören.

Wonderful, historic, and atmospheric hotel. Great location with wonderful staff.
Pros:

Great location, their staff were super friendly and helpful. The history of the building itself just added to the enjoyment of the stay. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Instructions to find the hotel were backwards and confusing. When actually, you are only a five minute walk from parking.
