Pros:

Right across from the beach. Pool had two hot tubs. Lots of towels. I could see beach from balcony. Seemed safe. No problems with car under. Close to everything though east and is better than west.

Cons:

Crossing road seemed dangerous, though you could walk 300 feet to light. Really not their issue.

Fun with family.
Pros:

Extensive breakfast and the location are the best things about this hotel. I also liked the covered parking in the back of the hotel. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

I don't know if it can be improved upon but the hotel made continuous efforts to remove the musty sea smell in the public areas of the hotel. There was always staff around cleaning. Our room smelled real nice and clean when we arrived but eventually, the musty smell seeped through. I was also disappointed that there was no view of the ocean from our balcony. What little view we may have had was obscured by an additional structure on the hotel blocking the side view.

Overall I had a good stay. The breakfast made up for everything.
Pros:

The breakfast here was phenomenal. It was so good that I would stay here again just for that. The room was clean except for the bathtub. There was hair in the tub and on the wall. Other than that there was definitely a mildew smell throughout the room. I guess thats to be expected being so close to the water. Very friendly staff at front desk.

Hair in the bathtub and strong mildew smell in room.

Pros:

Everything was clean and efficient, the staff was friendly and helpful. Would have liked to have had a safe in our room,and some decaf coffee pods, but other than those two itty bitty things I would certainly give this place an A plus.

A long ways from some of the eating and shopping places.

Wonderful. Calm and restful.
Pros:

The staff were all great. Front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance - all were exceptional.
The other residents were also perfect. Mainly families with kids. Kids will be kids, they run and play and laugh. They swam in the pool and generally had a good time and when it was time to be quiet and sleep then that's what they did. There were no drunken teenagers and young adults getting into fights and loud arguments at all hours. There were no cranky old people constantly complaining about literally everything. Just parents and mature adults with their children who were all well behaved and respectful. This is a key point, the behavior of the guests themselves.
The breakfast was excellent, the room sparkled it was so clean. There was plenty of parking. It is a clean and well kept building and site. The staff are friendly yet professional and competent. It was an all around good experience. Thank you.

Cons:

The weather. It rained ... and I mean RAINED! Not always, but often. No surprises there though, in fact I expected it. Ah well ...
