Disappointed for the price.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. It had a balcony, pool and spa was clean.

Cons:

The floor had soft spots. Window shades were broke. Power went out and friend was stuck in elevator. Breakfast wasn't that tasty. Water pressure was bad in shower. Haven't received .y 25 bucks back yet. When checking out printer was down. Had to ask for written documents.

What I liked about the hotel was the proximity to the beach and food establishments. The front desk staff was amazing. (especially Nicole) I was in need of some advice & assistance and Nicole and another woman at the front desk were super helpful. They would be one of the reasons I would recommend this place. They were phenomenal!! Thank you ladies for helping me out.

The view was as good as it gets from the seawall facing balcony. The location was clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was fresh and hot even though I got there an hour before they stopped serving.

Couldn’t have been better. You guys knocked it out of the park.
Pros:

Everything. Next to everything we wanted to do. Staff was as nice as any place I’ve ever been. Very welcoming and accommodating. They wanted us to be happy. Breakfast was amazing. Hot, fresh, great selection. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Just an overall perfect experience. Will definitely stay again.
