Location was great plus view was awesome
How muggy and hot it was, everywhere you turned you seen mold spots. Fabuloso was used to cover up the smell. Breakfast was awful but the coffee was great.
Our room didn’t have a shower curtain nor conditioner.
Plus…I had food delivered to the hotel and the front desk took it upon themselves to keep it since we received the wrong order. Which I think was unprofessional. They should have at least asked if we still wanted the food.

I did not like anything about the property. Unfortunately I’m very upset. I picked this location. It was old and outdated and over price. They charge me $300 for one night. Not worth. I could’ve gone to the St. Louis Blues for the same price for one night.
It’s over price. Everything is outdated, not clean. That’s not comfortable the restroom. Full of mold ties were dirty.
The view, & the lady handling the b'fast was very helpful & had nice crisp bacon & fluffy eggs even if powdered- can't say same for men who worked b'fast Thursday & Friday am
The door closure to the balcony on 2nd floor room 202 is horrible & the door to the adjoining room is rusted out or chipped all the way across, from bottom up 3 or 4 inches. This Holiday inn definitely needs some updates.

Nothing
As soon as I walked into the Hotel I was greeted in a friendly manner. The hotel smelled good and was clean. There was no residual smoke smell, not did it have any bad smell at all. The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable! I had a great nights sleep. We were in a balcony room that faced the ocean, which was relaxing to sit out and listen to the waves and watch the birds. The breakfast was excellent!

The facilities were very outdated
How close it was to the ocean the guy that was working Sunday 4/26 around 4pm absolutely love him he’s always so nice the females not so much they lack people skills if you hate your job go somewhere else
Not enough towels and cleaners mixed the shampoo and body wash up by accident
Could not find my reservation
Check in at 4 with early check out. Pay more and get less and less. Breakfast was terrible 😕 They did waive the early Check in fee after not being able to locate my reservation, which i appreciate. Being a walk across the street to the beach was a benefit
Good breakfast even though the pancake machine kept jamming up
WIFI was down, complimentary tooth brushes were out of stock. Garage has huge beams and I hit one of them since they are inch’s away from parking spaces.
