Food and the staff were excellent
Pros:

I thought the breakfast and food and staff were excellent.

Cons:

However the floor in the living room was dirty and there was trash from the previous person that was in the room. Otherwise it was great

Good location, the lobby needed more staff, only one lady doing all of the check ins plus extra

The cleaning ladies were absolutely phenomenal. One of the ladies were my absolute favorite and I forgot her name. But she was quick to help with anything I needed.

Cons:

The elevator!!!!! Apperently they've been having issues for years on and off but they are selling in Sept so they are spending no money fixing it currently. Out of 11 floors, one working elevator in which STILL got stuck for 10-30 minutes at a time made this trip absolutely awful. It was over 103 degrees and stairs were the only option alot of times. We had many elderly people staying in this hotel whom were told " take their time on the stairs " We were not offered a discount or warned about the elevator before hand and neither were new check ins. Very unprofessional

Overall, it was an okay stay with wonderful staff.
Pros:

Location and decent breakfast.

Cons:

Shower had great pressure, but it leaked horribly. Had to use our towels to absorb the water after each use. No room service to get new towels, had to go to desk to retrieve them. Bed very firm, but some may like it. Hotel need to be updated and cleaned a little better.

They only had one elevator working the other was broken and I had to carry all my things down the stairs when I check out. Because the other elevator was full every time so I couldn’t get on it with a cart..

We waited hours to get into our room. The parking was horrible.
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The price doesn’t fit the quality. The A/C unit in our room didn’t work well and it was 78 degrees in the room. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor everytime we showered. We couldn’t get into our room once we were given keys. The door wouldn’t work so maintenance had to be called in to fix the door so we had to go do something and wait for maintenance to come.
