The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good, though repetative. Location was really nice. Easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants.
The building was very old, dirty and in need of major repairs. Only one elevator was working the entire time we were there. Our room had a musty odor. Room service was only by request, so trash was not emptied on a regular basis.

Wasn’t real clean. The Ice Machines didn’t work properly. The elevators didn’t work properly

I liked that the property was very close to the beach but did not like that their was just one elevator! And since there’s so many people in the hotel all wanting to go at the same time it would take 10+ minutes for an elevator so almost everybody had to use the stairs!
I didn’t like that their was just one elevator, receptionists were slow and a bit rude, check in is at 4 pm, long waits at the elevator, they don’t clean the hotel room unless you check out, and the beds don’t have a view of the ocean which I thought I’d get since other hotels I’ve been to do it that way.

Elevators not working correctly during stay. Very hot in hallways. Building needs some repair to external doors, rusting noticeable. Bathroom door did not lock. Door to balcony had broken handle and lock. Outside of door needed cleaning.
There was only one elevator working.my room had no towels,or sheets for the sofa bed,after I called the front desk,someone brought the items to my room.
Long wait times for the one elevator that was working.
Room was awful. Nothing good to write about. Shower had black mold on the celling, no bed spread, or decent toiletries. Doors so rusted had to slam to shut. The room was next to an outdoor concert venue which kept us up until midnight. I was shocked at how long they played. The noise was terrible. We ended up leaving early. Looked good online but was terrible. I do not recommend this hotel.

Location to the beach.
They only had one elevator working. In the heat of July and being on the 8th floor was torture. The parking lot is very small and congested and trying to get luggage to the 8th floor again with one elevator and a child.
Perhaps, they should have disclosed the elevator issue and or discount the price.
Location. neat and tidy
One the elevator was not working therefore the waiting time was way longer than usual. The balcony’s door frame wasn’t in good condition. Metal frame was sticking out, so it ripped my clothes twice. And it was dangerous for my Son. He souled have had been hurt.
The location was great. Convenient location for easy beach access
The smell, Second floor had a very foul mildew smell. For the second year in a row only 1 elevator was working. When we arrived early to get a parking pass I was told to wait about 5 minutes while the front desk clerk shuffled through paperwork. the room hadn’t been finished being turned down, it was visibly dirty bedding was a mess, pillows and pillows cases were scattered all over the bed. I asked several times for an assistance and I was constantly told “there was a lot going on” so it would be a while before we got any assistance. There was no AC throughout the hotel except the rooms. Maybe they were short staffed but it definitely wasn’t an ideal experience.

The only thing I liked was the location.
I didn't like the customer service; considering it was summer, the elevators weren't working, and the bathroom door was broken, which caused water to leak out.
