Relaxing
Pros:

Everyone was very friendly, especially the group that handled the breakfast. The rooms felt spacious. The location was fantastic.

Cons:

The property was a bit run down. Though clean, my room had many of the tiles damaged, they were pitted and had some chunks missing. The bathroom had a 2 inch chink missing right by the toilet. The hotel could use some renovations.

Convenient, beachfront, large spacious rooms, reasonably priced a bit run down.
Pros:

Excellent ocean front with balcony’s, super friendly staff, very large and spacious room.

Cons:

Room and hotel in general felt very tired and orb out, room beds were clean and tidy, the floor was dirty, dead bugs on the ceiling and walls. Everything needs to be updated.

The room was plenty big enough with a very comfortable bed and an amazing view from deck. The free breakfast was awesome.

The pool has seen better days for sure. Dirty and sandy bottom a no umbrellas or towels.

The location is perfect. Showers tight outside the door to beach.

Cons:

The rooms show wear especially with use. Showers leak and the doors for balconies need seals to keep the humidity out.

Cons:

We were given a door key to a room that was already occupied, we actually walked in on someone using the toilet! The room could use updates, the bathroom ceiling had water damage and made the room feel old. The full size beds are too small, I tried to book a queen size and it wasn’t available. The balcony windows and door were dirty.

Over all pretty fantastic
Pros:

Loved how close to everything it was ! Prime location

Cons:

Honestly the only thing I did not like was the pool. They didnt have built in steps to get in and out. They had old metal ladders and the one looked like it was about to give away at any given time. I had just recently had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands in the last 8 weeks and was unable to get into the pool due to the ladder situation.

Overall not bad but parking was enough to not go back.
Pros:

Loved the oceanfront room, great price. Breakfast included was wonderful service was great. Staff was as helpful with parking as much as they could.

Cons:

Parking was awful. We drive a big suv and the night we checked in, had to squeeze into a tiny end spot my husband couldn’t even get out the door. The next night was absolutely no parking. I don’t know if it was overbooked or what but I find that ridiculous when parking is included.
