The best breakfast!
Pros:

Overall the hotel could use some love in repairs and updates, but the balcony facing the ocean with the million dollar view sealed the deal! The parking garage was a little annoying and intimidating at first but you got used it throughout your stay. The staff at the front desk were accommodating and friendly, however the best part of our stay was going down to breakfast to see Vicki and Chris every morning. Every day of our trip we looked forward to seeing them and Chris’s bright and happy energy. He provided great tunes and great service making sure everyone was ok and had what they needed. He even delivered fresh bacon to you straight from the oven! Please give these two a raise because they are excellent and so valued. We love you Chris and hope to see you again someday. Love- your friends from upstate New York!

Our stay was was hotel decent. With fighting to get in front door, having dirty washcloths and sheet, sir smokes alot (n
Pros:

I loved that it was oceanfront and was able to sit on the balcony and view the ocean. I also liked that the bedroom was seperate from the livingroom.

Cons:

I didn’t like fighting with the front door to get it open, it was like it was stuck. I also didn’t like finding old blood on the top sheet of the bed and having dirty wash cloths and towels. The next morning I told the gentleman about the towels and washcloths and he said he would send some up on about 3 hours due to staff washing laundry. That evening still no washcloths or sheet. That night as we were going out for dinner, shift change and the lady who checked us in night before was there and we told her about the situation and waiting. She said she would have everything ready for when we got back. When we returned she had everything ready and in a carry bag. She went above and beyond for us. We also didn’t like sir smokes alot next door smoking and not cigarrettes, we couldn’t enjoy sitting on balcony much from the smell of it.

Wonderful year after year!
Pros:

Love so many things about this place. The set up of the rooms is perfect. The bathroom separates the bedroom and the living area/ balcony.
Location is great because there are so many restaurants we can walk to. Do not use the car much during our stay.
But the most impressive thing is the breakfast. Chris and Vicki make it an awesome experience. Chris is so joyful, people love this guy!
Judy at the front desk was helpful and friendly.

Rooms not really clean, tissue found by bed, crumbs under table. Pool area dirty, garbage all around, breakfast area dirty, tables not wiped down, food was never out all at one time.
Housekeeping- asked front desk 3 times for towels and take out garbage. I put a note on door, after a day towels were left inside on the floor in a bag, never took out garbage, I had to take it out myself. SHOWER DOOR LEAKED SO BAD, REPORTED IT 3X. Glass doors and elevators dirty.

Las habitaciones, las camas estaban separadas de la sala para y tenía dos televisión.

El chef que preparó el desayuno siempre fue de lo más amable la pasamos bien cada vez que bajamos a tomar el desayuno. Se nota que ama su trabajo.

Pros:

The setup of the room and how close it was to the beach, really good breakfast

Cons:

Elevator broke, our room door was hard to open, took a long time if you asked for towels or anything, trash overflowing in hallway trashcans,, charged extra at checkout, fridge had to be replaced and pool was dirty
