In a tub, the piece on the tub wall was missing, to hold the water, and to take a bath, I had to purchase rubber piece to hold water. No Buzz TV station on the television.

The price and location.

Cons:

The door to the property from the parking in the back did not work. Neither did the side door for side parking. The front sliding entrance did not work. The carpet smelled like urine. We only got one hand towel and the front desk said house keeping would bring it but after 20 min I asked when she was coming and her said thirty min more. That didn’t fit my schedule. The room keys you have to insert, not tap. And your wallet or cell phone can deactivate it if you put them close together. This kept happening! So I had to go to the front desk and keep standing in line to get my card fixed before someone informed my why this kept happening.

Cons:

The hotel need maintenance and repairs. There is water damage in the ceilings of the rooms and hallways. The main front door needs major repairs. The staff were not accommodating. 1 was very helpful.

Some staff were very helpful and accommodating. Others, not so much.
The King room is very spacious for my family of 4.
The Location was good.

Cons:

The hotel need better accommodations for guest staying extended days. There are major repairs need to be done. There is a lot of water damage and some poor heating in the hallways. I did not have clean face towels for 2 days, some front desk associates were very unaccommodating about the situation. The Main front door is out of order and the ice machine hasn't had any ice for over a week. For the price, there should be better accommodations from this hotel, especially for those staying extended days and paying with their hard earned money.

The location and room size

Cons:

The staff were very unaccommodating. Water damage (mold) in the ceiling of my room. I had to change rooms but was treated as if I did something wrong and no accommodations were made, even after explaining the chronic health issues of my children which stayed with me. I had already stayed 2 days before I noticed it was mold and not juice or soda stained in the titles.
